Absolutely amazing place to grab some tacos! While the Birria tacos are awesome, I recommend trying the Lengua and the Conchinita Pibil tacos for those who want to try something out of the ordinary. Everytime I eat here, I am reminded of what flavor is!
Freaking amazing! This has been my grab and go Mexican fix when I'm in Midlo. The tortas and tacos are as authentic and fresh as you could ask for. The flavors are right on and the blue corn tortillas put this taco over the edge!!! Do yourself a favor and try this asap!
Believe the hype! They don’t have a location you can sit down and eat at, and the sign outside says Hacienda Catering, not El Guapo, but this is the best mexican restaurant within at least 30 miles… fact. And yes, I have tried them all.
Delicious beyond expectations. Hole in the wall, amazing taco shop. Very straightforward, you order at the counter and you are good to go. Has the Tacos de Birria and was genuinely impressed. The tortilla was nice and crispy, with tender meat and right toppings which even had the radishes. Served authentically with the soup on the side. In a section of the county with plenty of decent Mexican options, This place is one of a kind. Exemplary service, amazing dishes, and affordable prices all make El Guapo special. I have been truly amazed each of the four times that I have been here and recommend them to any & everyone I speak with. Each visit has been better than the last and leaves me wanting to come back and support this establishment more and more because of the and their staff. The tacos, especially the birria, are out of this world and the family pack Fajitas meal provides fantastic options for everyone in the house. Run... Don't walk to this place. On second thought, let's keep this little jewel low-key before the masses overwhelm and ruin it for us all.
Best tacos in town! The birria tacos are so tender and savory. The homemade blue corn tortillas are to die for. I literally have not had a bad or even mediocre meal here. Everything is seasoned perfectly.Their customer service is also amazing. One time they forgot to put a burrito in my pick up order. After I got home, they called to say they forgot the burrito, and they offered to make a fresh one and deliver it to my house for free. That's stellar customer service.The storefront is pickup or delivery only, but they do have two small outdoor tables with chairs if you want to eat there. I haven't had a chance to try their taco truck, but I'm sure it's great, too!
A treasure in this area. It is a little establishment which also runs a colorful food truck. Their majestic Mexican flavoring needs to be known by all. If you have not already, you need to try it.
Try this restaurant or catering TODAY! Their food is fresh, it’s all cooked properly so the flavours and textures combine together to melt in your mouth and go on a symphony of taste with perfect blends of seasoning. They are accommodating to requests if you go in person, their catering team is top notch. Everyone who works there are happy, professional, very customer service oriented. Covid safe as well. Their hot sauce is phenomenal. Being someone who grew up 20minutes from the Mexican boarder - this place is the real deal.Highly recommend for any and all types of food craving needs.
Outstanding street tacos!I ordered one Birria, one Pibil, and one al Pastor, and literally after all of the authentic taco places I've tried including the ones on the other end of Hull Street, these are the best I've had anywhere!The usual case with most Taco proteins is a dry bland meat relying on condiments for flavor and moisture, but not the case here!Everything was succulent and delicious and the al pastor had a bright hit of real pineapple, unlike you'll find in most places that fake an al pastor. The Pibil was flavorful with pickled red onions and needed nothing but a hit of lime. For me though, the star was the Birria with a sauce I could have eaten a whole bowl of after dipping this delicious and unique taco.The owner could not have been more friendly and down-to-earth and accommodating, and the staff was hardworking and just as friendly. I plan on trying everything on the menu. Excellent!
