i used to go this dunkin' at least once a week, but they've really gone downhill in the past year or so; my drinks are never made right, food is never cooked correctly, and on the rare occasion that i've tried to ask for things to be redone, i'm always treated poorly - as if i was the one who didn't know how coffee or a breakfast sandwich was supposed to be made. giving two stars because the donuts are alright, but they're not so good that they're worth the hassle. now i spend all my money at starbucks instead lol.
I ordered donuts ahead of time through the app. I am not sure if it waits to put in the order until closer to pick-up time but it didn't show processed until 20 minutes later and then I was told some of the donuts were gone when I got there.The donuts were just OK. I liked the Bagel and Cream Cheese Bites. The Breakfast Wrap was also just OK. The hash browns had a good flavor, but was cold. Everything was cold. The coffee was not bad.
Pulled up there wasn't a customer in site. Two employees were sitting in the dining area. One came from around the building. Go inside its awkward and there aren't but maybe one kind of donut available. Was forced to give a 1 star!So, I'll drive 20 mins in the other direction for #1 employees that look like they want to work. #2 some actual donuts!
Did the drive thru recently and the staff was friendly but could provide better service. We received hot chocolate instead of coffee but were already at our destination when we realized. The munchkins were average, not super stale or super fresh. The parking lot is also pretty small so you can get stuck in your parking spot as the drive thru backs up.
Omg! The new avocado with roasted tomatoes toast is so delicious and the salted caramel coffee that is definitely a triple Star as well the customer service was friendly I normally do the order on the app so it was ready when I got there and just all in all a good Duncan donuts day!
The woman with the long blonde hair is horrible to the staff under her. I overheard her say some awful things, I can't believe she still has a job with a mouth like that. Awful experience, I had to wrap my food up and leave.
I used to love this store however this one was a big letdown. I only wanted coffee in my own insulated cup specifically asked for three creams one Splenda and it did not taste the way I expected it to taste. I don't know if they put more or less than I asked for in it but it was not great.
Free doughnut on veterans day frosted chocolate cake . Soft good flavor . Great service.
I'd like to thank the night shift for coming to work. They didn't at another local Dunkin'. Seems to be a plague at DD throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
Definitely the best Dunkin’ around. Service and speed were great. The selection of donuts in the app sucks but the coffee was the important part.
