I have given this location so many chances only to be let down every single time. Today I went through and ordered an ice coffee and hash browns at 7:45AM. Pulled right up to the speaker and menu- no wait. It took at least 10 minutes for my coffee to come out, only to be watered down like it had been sitting for awhile… At 7:45 in the morning… when a coffee shop should be on their p’s and q’s.. All of the employees here either seem cranky or stoned. I will officially drive out of my way 10-15 minutes just to go to another Dunkin’ now.
Super slow service. Extremely unhappy drive-thru. Maybe he's overworked or doesn't have enough support but it was a total waste of $10. The chai latte tasted like warm milk and the large was half full. I might as well have gotten a small. This is a terrible location and the service and products prove it.
Slow, slow, slow....worst Dunkin EVER. The last two times I tried a breakfast sandwich from there, the English Muffins were broken all apart...they didn't even care. Need major quality control! I get iced coffees there a couple times a week and 1 out of 5 tastes the way it should. There is no consistency here, idk why I even keep coming here, I can do better at home.
Someone from corporate needs to come down and help this location out because the service and the wait times are unacceptable. Been waiting in line for about 30-40 minutes and I’m finally at the window and my order hasn’t even been started. I’m never one to complain ever but there’s only two workers right now from what I can see and they’re walking around in circles not really doing anything at all. I’m about to waste 10$ and just drive away because the food quality isn’t even worth the wait.
Do you like paying for product and never receiving it and getting ignored for your refund? Then this is the location for you! I ordered a box of coffee and was told upon arrival they did not have boxes - okay no biggie. I was then told they “don’t do refunds and to call corporate” are you kidding me?? Well of course no response from corporate, the manager is never at the location and won’t return messages. So THANKS A LOT for STEALING from your customers!
Given this was about 4:30pm, I was disappointed to find a closed dining room, and unavailability of my first 3 choices of doughnuts. Then I got a doughnut flavor that was different than what I ordered. It's all understandable, just a little disappointing. That aside, can you really go wrong with ANY doughnut? The Employees we're very kind, understanding and pleasant. I will return, because doughnuts.I wasn't even going to write a review, but Google was all "Tell me what you think RIGHT NOW" So as an obedient servant to our AI overlords I was compelled to write this.
This location is getting worse by the minute. I wish there was an option for zero stars. Most of the times, only the drive thru is open. The quality of the coffee keeps getting lower. Today, the coffee tasted like hot diluted milk. Never coming back here again.
Steer ClearI left a review about two weeks ago that I forgot to post about me buying coffee from here…it was luke warm…I went back to the 20 min drive through and the lady simply pours more of the same old stale coffee with less creamer telling me it’s fresh. I dumped it out in the yard and pulled off.Today (idk why I went back) 3 guys in there, 1 doesn’t know the flavors they have. It took 3 people to make 2 bad cups of coffee again. My first coffee was burnt and the second was “remade” and came out …idk just not right. I never have this problem at Starbucks. Shut this place down and put a real coffee spot in brandermill please or go across the street to the gas station I’m sure the coffee is fresher.
Serious question: y’all ever consider cooking your food completely before serving it? I had the pleasure of paying full price to come home and cook my food.
Extremely slow service I spent 25 minutes in the drive-through only because I didn’t have a choice and couldn’t back out. I understand that they are short staffed by if you can’t run a business properly then you should be open in my opinion it just makes it company look bad all around
