Shrimp were soggy as if sitting in water too long. Since they are not deveined it created a mess when handling them. The Cajun flavor was okay but when cooked with the crab legs they had little flavor. Not a good quality. The steamer bags do not make good seafood steamers.I will avoid these places in the future
If they charge you for food by the pound you should get a pound of food. When the cook refuses to take your challenge to weigh the food you know you aren’t getting what you paid for. Won’t be back and that’s disappointing because the food taste is great. This is supposed to be a pound of snow crab legs. The larger of the two clusters the largest segment of the largest leg was 3 1/2 inches. I buy snow crabs twice a year from Publix and I always get about 3 clusters per pound. I challenge that this would hit 12oz
We dined in on April 24th and although the building was completely empty we believe that service wouldn't take long. Allyson our waitress was super nice and informative. Upon getting our food which was hot and what we expected after one bite of corn I realized that hair was in my bag. I asked could my bag be remained. I was told absolutely! When the new bag arrived shortly after, I was told that this was a fresh bag and they were sorry for the issue with the first one. After opening the bag I saw the same corn with the bite out of it from the first bag. I asked yet again could I actually get a new bag made and if I could keep this bag at the table to make sure I wasn't getting the same bag again. the cook proceeded to come out and tell me that he didn't know how the hair got in the bag because he was the only one in the back cooking and he had no hair. He told me it was fresh and he rinsed off the food and forgot ro throw the corn away. I told him regardless there was hair in my bag and all I was asking for was a new bag of food. He told me that he couldn't make a new bag if he didn't take the one back from before. I told him I didn't want that food at all I just wanted fresh food without hair and I thought that's what I was getting at first. I just told him he could have the bag and I disnt want anything. Although Allyson was amazing the response to my issue was horrible and the cook confronting us turn me off completely .I will NEVER patronize this business again

It was the worst night out to dinner EVER :(Took 20 mins to be sat at a table in a restaurant that was half empty, why?Ordered a feast for 9 people but could not get a plate to eat off. Ordered mixed drinks that finally arrived warm, melted ice and the virgin version, why?Bad experience from start to end, will not return nor none of my eight other table mates.

So I've had the food before and it has been much fresher in the past. I was disappointed. The corn had been recook so what else in the bag had been recooked? I was sick all night. The crab did not taste freshly cooked either. Though you can warm seafood up you can not leave it out. That is what I suspect. I won't be going back.
Had to try this one out after my great experience at Broad Street! Tried both Crustacean restaurants and they tasted amazingly good.
food was amazing!!! the bartender was on point. it was so much better then expected! we will be back!!
We had a great dinner and Elizabeth was such a kind waitress definitely an asset for the restaurant. We did not have to ask for anything she was always right on time.
