It's was a nice day so my family went for an ice cream treat. Cold Stone is one our family favorites. I enjoyed my ice cream and service was fast. This location is surrounded by other food and drink locations. Although this is further I like this location. It also has a nice size parking lot.

The bathroom is disgusting. Clean your sink and toilet on a consistent basis. The bathroom in a restaurant tells you what you do in the back!!!! Thank you!!!

Always good service and excellent ice cream.

I been going to this cold stone since I was a child and its always so rich and tasteful. Fast and friendly plus a outside area to sit and chat.

Arrived at 9: 55pm, and door's are locked and lights off. My boyfriend wanted ice cream after coming home from work at the military base only to ve let down with poor customer service of a store being closed 5mins before the posted close time.

Tasty ice cream of course. Outside seating area had dead gummy bears on the ground. Could have used a sweeping.

Love the berry, berry, berry with cheese cake ice cream.

Patio was really dirty and also the glass door was dirty with handprints

I went into the Cold Stone Creamery on Alversar Drive and I tried to pay for my three orders of ice cream with a cold stone gift card that I received on my birthday that was good for $50.00. The clerk ran it thru their register and it was declined. The clerk said it was a third party gift card and they did not accept third party gift cards!! This is outrageous and disgusting. Then they overcharged my order( charging me for 4 orders of ice cream instead of 3. They refunded me for the one order of ice cream , but I had th stand in line again !! Terrible place and will never go there again!!!!?

I’ve spent a lot of money at this location and after my experience tonight, I will never return. I ordered a total of three ice cream cups, two of which were identical. A new employee made my duplicate orders with the wrong flavor which I didn’t know until during my drive back home as I was eating the ice cream. So I came back to the store and the same girl who rang me up yelled across the store, asking if she could help me with something. I told her two of my orders were supposed to be made with cheesecake flavor and one was cake batter. She then asks the new employee if she remembers the order she made. I’m thinking to myself, what an amateur! You’re asking someone who didn’t even know she mixed up the ice cream flavors whether she remembers she messed up?! From there it went downhill! I’ve had to turn around because you’re not adequately training your staff and now all of my ice cream is melted! You need to make my order over and make it right…especially for the price of $18.00. The amateur manager was not happy about it, slamming things around. She obviously doesn’t know about how to help run a business because she just lost a repeat customer by getting an attitude after a customer requested that the order be made correctly! The amateur manager never apologized for the mistake but the trainee did. Good riddance!
