I’ve never left a review before, but with this terrible service I felt compelled. I’ve been to this locations several times. They always give such small food portions and the tables are always dirty. One time the employee at the cash register had food all over his arms and hands. I love chipotle, but this location needs to be fixed. I do not recommend dining at this establishment.
Don't bother ordering online to pick up or go through the drive through. It won't be ready when you get there. I have literally sat in the drive through line for 30 minutes two different times. Figured pick up inside would be better... it wasn't. Got there 5 minutes after it should've been ready and they hadn't even started yet. Who is running this place?
Normally I love Chipotle but this is not a well managed/maintained location. For usual Chipotle standards, this one is definitely a dirty/unclean place. And then below-average service, and miscellaneous events occasionally - like serving undercooked rice, never having limes/lemons available and other such not-great experiences. I went few times just hoping that the previous visit was just a one off bad day for them but by now it’s obvious that this place is just not under the right management.
Worst experience ever! I'm done with chipotle after this! Every single time my order is wrong or not well prepare. But this time it took the cake!!. My husband placed a huge take out order for us. He came home and our food was raw! Literally the rice was fully uncooked. This is disgusting to say the least. It ruined our dinner. I tried calling and getting them to fix it but it is impossible to talk to someone! Horrible horrible costumer service! Chipotle lost a regular costumer!
They constantly make our order wrong, run out of items, forget half my order...but today, my husband placed a large take out order for our dinner. When he got home, and we started to eat, our rice was raw! fully uncooked! it was disgusting and impossible to eat. I tried calling to get it fixed but it's impossible to talk to someone. I'm done with Chipotle after this. We used to eat there at least once a week ..
The food tastes good. However, as of recent (past couple of months) they have been getting the orders wrong every time when I do an online pick up order. I'm not sure how they are getting the orders wrong because it is a literal written order, so there is no room for mistakes like in a verbal order. ?♀️
Delicious food and fast service, make this a good place to either make for a quick stop or to dine in. The staff shows a very attentive spirit and can clear a line qithout lowering standards of food or presentation. I've come to this location for years and it hasn't changed. I enjoyed bringing my wife here after shopping.
Super rude service! Did an order ahead of time to customize it and what I got on my burrito was not as ordered. Way too much rice, not enough chicken, lettuce, pico, and there was so much hot sauce (and I like med-hot spicy) that I barely ate any of it. Thankfully I ordered chips, guacamole, and queso (they forgot the queso), but half of my chips were stale and bendy instead of being crispy. It honesty makes me not want to go back.
Why is it every time I order pick up from here they skimp so hard on the portions. Ordered double meat and this looks barley like regular meat. Chips were stale as styrofoam and clumped up. Come on people
Very disappointed. This location has a drive up window for online orders. I guess some customers use this as a drive up order window. I got stuck behind one of these customers. After about 20mins of waiting I decided to put it in reverse and go inside. Go inside and ask for my online order that I was supposed to pick up at the window. Oh, surprisingly my food was at the front counter getting cold. While there was a bunch of employees playing around in the back. Thanks Chipotle for my cold food and thanks for not putting all the toppings I asked for.
