I'd give lower if possible. Went to chilli at Chattanooga plaza. Eaten there before. Walked in. No host or hostess. Waited 5 minutes. Bartender looked directly at me and my party. We sat ourselves at booth on bar side. We waited. Host came from out of nowhere. Seemed preoccupied in his thoughts. Sat another couple behind us. Waitress appeared bringing silverware packets to table. We had not been brought silverware or any thing to drink. As waitress started with other couple she, I guess sensed irritation on my part and asked if we were there first. I commend the waitress. However, the bartender wasn't exactly overly personal with us. Very disorganized. Waitress I commend once again. She is only reason this review got 1 star.
This used to be my family's go to restaurant for the weekends. Now it seems week after week that restaurant seems to have an issue. Not enough staff to seat the restaurant ( half of the dining area is empty ), not being noticed for twenty minutes after being seated. Now on of the first nicest days of the year, the dining area is closed. A lot of restaurants have recovered from the pandemic but this restaurant seems to be the last one to recover.

It was an excellent dining experience, we sat at the booths near the bar, and we where served within minutes and our waitress/bartender ( I say the both because she was also holding down the bar. The food was great and I’d definitely come back again. She brought out our daughter the sprite with Swedish fish in it, a second time without us asking which was awesome, everyone who was there that we interacted was friendly. Our experience was great and it was thanks to Miranda, she made my daughter smile and Miranda really make the meal and experience there excellent. Daughter only wants to go back when Miranda is working.

Not really anything to write home about. We went here for lunch on a Friday as a family after an event. Not sure who our server was, they barely talked to us. The service was prompt and drinks were refilled on time. Food was ok. The honey chipotle sauce is a little on the spicy side for me. I wouldn’t mind going again sometime.
Customer service is always awesome and my meal is always done extremely perfect...I personally like a well done steak and I always can count on my steak still being juicy and not tough. Thank you chefs in the back..
We usually like chilis food and this location is doing a good job. Place is clean, food was hot and tasty. Riley the server did a good job
I took my family of 7 to your Hull Street location 12/26/2021, we were told that there would be a 20 minute wait, despite a near empty restaurant. I figured low staff. We then noticed that there were empty tables for 6 and asked if we could just put a chair at the end and were told no. After another few minutes, they told us that we had to wait for another family to finish eating to be able to seated. The hostess barely looked up from texting to speak to us. I called a nearby restaurant within the same complex and asked about seating. We were seated immediately and they simply added a chair.
We have gone to Chili's several times. This last time we went, almost everything in our order was wrong, or should I say cooked wrong. The waitress was very nice. But it was a very unpleasant experience. One person in our group didn't receive their entree (correctly) until others were eating their desserts. We weren't even offered a discount for the inconvenience.
