The Chik fil a crew were very unorganized tonight. So disappointed in the service. Missing items in the bag. Replacement item not equal to item not available. No effort to compensate or make things better. Another customers bag fell from the drive thru window and the employee just put it back in the window like nothing happened. The bag wasn't checked to make sure all was okay or replaced. The employee seemed agitated when I asked for straws that were not in my bag. The kids meal didn't have a toy. The wait was way longer than usual. Tonight was not a good night at Chik fil a!
Once again my order was wrong. I ordered two cfa sandwiches and recieved two spicy sandwiches in regular bags instead. Because of this my daughter started eating hers and just started screaming. She is four and has been crying for 20 minutes because of it. My mouth was on fire as well and I have a very sensitive stomach when it comes to spicy foods. Neither myself nor my daughter were able to enjoy our food at all...... to be quite honest I almost ordered from a different location because something is always wrong with my order at this location. However I decided to give them another chance and boy do I sincerely regret it. This will definitely be my last trip to this location for a while if not forever...... Along with the issues with the food I had to wait for almost 15 minutes for my food to be brought to me!!!! There were maybe 8 cars in the drive thru. I have seen other locations bring my food to me in half the time in the middle of lunch with a full curbside and 40 cars in the drive thru. To say I am disappointed is an understatement, Mcdonalds is faster than this location, hell so is burger King.
Great service and food, which is the norm for Chick-fil-A.. I am writing this review because of the kindness of the staff. My daughter celebrated her 5th birthday this week and asked if we could go to Chic-fil-A for lunch. She was really excited to eat inside since we hadn't done that since before COVID. The team members made her feel so special. Everyone told her Happy Birthday. Someone gave her a balloon and a really nice lady sang happy birthday to her and gave her a sticker. My daughter was so happy. Thanks for helping make my daughters birthday special.
It's a Chick-fil-A man. Not too bad. Unless they're extraordinarily understaffed on some oddball day, they really do a decent job of moving through orders pretty quickly. No one's ever been anything but polite. I always appreciate that. They also do a good job of taking care of their employees which is nice.
This location is crazy busy. The staff is always friendly (realistically, that's just their nature)! However the drive thru is always slammed and they try to keep it moving but it's just a bottle neck that takes a solid 15 minutes.
What can I say... Chick-fil-A is consistent visit after visit and regardless of the location. At this particular location I normally order through the app and pick up in the drive-thru. It's quick and easy. I've never gotten a wrong order or missing item (knock on wood). The food is always hot and fresh.Of all the places we eat out, Chick-fil-A provides the most consistent food and service experience.
Employees here are always so friendly and food is always fresh. Just did my first Uber Eats from this location and will update.
I Love this place. Fast service and professional staff with great personality. Food is always HOT
Love this Chic Fil A. Employees are friendly and work efficiently to get your order processed quickly. Food is consistently prepared as ordered and tastes great. I feel like a valued customer with the app incentives sent by the manager. And I almost forgot, I love how when you dine in there is often someone who comes & checks to see if you need anything - that's an extra special touch.
The drive-through line is almost always crazy long! It moves pretty quickly though. Plan on a total wait/order/wait/pickup time of 15 minutes if they are fairly busy, which is evident because the parking lot is small so the cars wrap around the building and partially block the entry road into the restaurant. It's kind of pricey- I got a regular sized chicken sandwich meal and a milkshake for $13. Usually the food is delicious but the last time, the fries were barely warm and the sandwich was kind of slapped together. I'm sure I'll go back, but am not in a hurry. I get cravings for it, but the food is rarely worth the wait.
