Ordered a kids meal with ice cream for my daughter. The toy was not in bag. And they forgot the ice cream. So had to go through the drive through again.
Really good food and service
The food was cooked to order so it was hot and fresh. Staff was friendly and my order was correct. I was not denied extra napkins and charged extra like McDonald's, Hardee's and Burger King for nugget sauce.
Always on point. Gets your order wrong sometimes but we're all human beings. ?♀️ I've ordered door dash and had items missing then had to just eat what I had cuz they couldn't re deliver ? but that's a doordash problem.
It’s just the best. Very nice employees and service. In general though, it doesn’t matter what location it is it’s always great ?
Despite long drive thru lines, they have an efficient system to expedite the process. Employees were courteous, friendly, & processed my order correctly & quickly. The app for ordering worked perfectly. I received everything I ordered as specified with special requests on the app. Food was appropriate temperature when I received it and tasted great.
This location ALWAYS gets my order correct with condiments and utensils included!
The food was great but this was the second time in a row we failed to receive the packets of sugar and honey mustard we ordered. Had to return to restaurant and go inside to get them. Employees need better training.
Everything was perfect 100% Customer Service!! And down to the foods , drinks, special requests !!! short wait time ! Made my night ☺️
I just want to say I have never once had any issues with food, service, or speed at this store. Staff are polite and move as quickly as possible. I wish everything could run so smoothly. Thank you for always making my experience here a positive one.
