Delivery was on time - first time having Cava good was pretty good. Didn’t deliver with napkins or plasticware not sure if that’s standard and they forgot to add in my mini pita.
Oh my I love this place. I visited Richmond from NY and I’m going to set aside my love for the Pita chips, let’s get into this staff instead! Their staff was so amazing and friendly Ms Olivia and two other workers(didn’t get their names one was a guy with curly hair and the other was a beautiful dark toned women) when I tell you in my short amount of time visiting, they grew to know me as the “Pita chip lady”?, they would make me laugh along with made me super comfortable each visit. I can’t wait to get back and visit this crew in August. I hope this gets to management and they know who I’m referring to, to give them recognition because I will be looking for them upon my return. 1 year ago I gave this Cava 5 stars and I just had a horrible experience with a cashier with braids and glasses that was so rude to me for absolutely no reason. She cashed me out and I said thank you twice thinking she didn't hear me the first time so I said it once more. 2nd incident the forks were out which is normal bc it was super busy during lunch hour, completely understand. The same female came to load the forks, I said thank you again and she never responded. 3rd incident I looked and the napkins were out which is totally normal, I asked if I could get a couple and I said thank you again and didn't hear not one word back from her. Customer service is everything and I didn't receive a bit of it from this female which is sad. Highly upset, this doesn't happen at all as long as I've been coming here since the opening.
Pretty great food although more than one employee has no idea what was in the crazy feta. I'd definitely go back

I love CAVA but not the one off of Huguenot Road near best buy. It is not a good one to go to. I've tried this location 3x and they've never asked me if I want the pita that comes with the bowl. They give smaller portions than any other CAVA location. The service has been awful all 3 times. Never again! An ex-employee of this location told me the manager is to blame for the extra small servings. Go to the Hull street CAVA to get good service and a meal worth the price. If I can't get to the Hull street store, I will go to MEZEH. They give you hefty portions.
Food is always spot on. I mostly order online so this is fantastic. However... they ALWAYS forget my pita. It's my favorite part so it SUPER disappointing.
This was my first time grabbing a meal from Cava. The store pickup was a breeze and the young lady who came to my car to deliver my food was polite and outgoing. I got a made to order bowl and it was outstanding! Everything tasted so fresh and tasted so good together. It was also gluten free, I highly recommend giving them a try!
I have been going to the Cava on Huguenot for a couple of years now. Initially, I liked it. Overtime the cleanliness has gone down significantly. The staff have used their hands to serve food ( gloves or No gloves I find this disgusting) or empty food from one container to another. Using their hands instead of spoons. we have tools for serving food. The excuse was “ well there weren’t and tongs in the salad I had to use my hands” or. “ well I have gloves on and I change them every 5 minutes” . Why do people think gloves are sanitary? I don’t think this is in line with health department standards. Gross.
The sweet potatoes in my food were hard and inedible. I went in around 8pm. Normally better even when close to closing.
