This is 1 of only two of my favorite Burger King's to get a Whopper from in my area!It is always clean. The staff is always friendly and provide great but, quick service. Even when they are low staff you can't tell. I will bypass another Burger King? to come to this one.
Customer service not bad, however there was no line in the drive thru and no customers inside. I received cold fries and a patty melt that didn't have toasted bread so it wasn't really a patty melt I guess. Not sure how they stay in business as the food is not up to par.
Considering that they were really short handed they did an excellent job getting my order ready . the food was hot and fresh and it enjoyed eating bit of it.thanks for the window person for being aSo nice and friendly
This place deserves 0 stars and should be shut down! Absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Lady at the window hates her life and is rude as hell. The food was absolute disgusting and I will NEVER visit this location again! ?
Only because 0 starts isn't an option. After waiting 10 minutes at the speaker no one answering. I drove to the window to get attitude.Bad service. Slow service. And then they messed up my order.Never again!
This location never has employees that actually work...never open in the mornings especially! This has been going on for months...I'm pretty sure the GM doesn't even care.... hate this location
0 stars. My Impossible Whopper has BLACK MOLD on the bottom bun. Unfortunately I didn't know this until I was more than halfway done with the sandwich as I was eating while driving to NC. I don't even know why my d*** @$$ went to this location. I've never gotten good service from 13925 Hull Street before and today was no different. Never again!
Worst BK I have EVER purchased food from and you can't keep blaming it on being short staffed. The employees that work there just don't care anymore. The food is never consistent, meaning taste, freshness, availability etc. Honestly I don't even understand how this location is even open anymore.
It’s rare that I find a fast food joint that consistently disappoints me. This location is absolute garbage, I’ve lived in the area for over a year now and they consistently drop the ball, wait times are disgusting and the staff genuinely seem to not care and let you know they don’t with their demeanor.
I ordered the Jr whopper meal no ketchup no mayo only lettuce tomato pickles and onions. My sandwich had ketchup on it. When I let the server know my burger had ketchup on it. All I wanted was what I asked for no ketchup no mayo. He looked at me as if I had two heads. When the burger was remade it was cold and the roll. My first drink was coke and it was flat my second drink root beer was flat. So I told the server maybe they need to check the soda machine. The server told me there's no way to check it without calling the coke products person. I asked to speak to a manager at that time she said she was the manager. I asked her name and she said Darlene Valentine. She did offer me bottle water which I didn't want water. I had been running errands and was hungry at the time.
