Best burger I've had at a fast food restaurant since Covid-19 started. Hot, juicy, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. Yummy!

Missing sandwich for medium meal order. ? Nice service, too much rush. Need attention for delivery properly.

This place is horribly dirty. Workers uniform are messy not to mention kitchen area. Abd they always forget to put a food item in your bag once you drive away.

The Whopper with cheese is always GOOD!! Decent customer service. Dining room area was FREEZING though.

I have tried placing my order on the app for both pick up at the drive thru and in the restaurant. No matter which way I use I always have very long wait (10 minutes or more) once I arrive. Drinks are usually handed to me with soda dripping down the side. Order is usually accurate and food tastes good. Would not recommend if you're looking for a quick in & out.

Managers and workers always are very polite friendly and accommodating. The food is almost alwaysbhot and fresh. Drive threw line moves quickly

Ordered my food and got to the window. This was at 6pm. The rude girl who was at the window didnt look at me when she took my card . gave me a receipt. gave me a drink. Instead she was too busy socializing with the female who was bagging the food.She didnt even dace my general direction. I was told when ordering it would be a ten minute wait. That was fine but. After 6 mins in the drive thru she asked me to wait up front. That too was fine. Then once again at 6:23 a lil more than ten mins i would say. I was brought my food once again without even a glance. Zero eye contact and the best part is i was missing multiple items and the food i waited to be made "fresh" was cold. Will not return when she is working. This is the worst experience ive had at this burger king. I normaly go here alot and the service has never been bad. Until now.

Service is terrible. Restaurant is offering free delivery. Tried to take advantage of this offer and 30 minutes after placing the order, my order was canceled with no explanation. What kind of customer service is this? If offers can't be upheld, they shouldn't be offered. In the time it took for them to cancel the order, I could've gone to the restaurant and picked up my food. Very disappointing. I truly hope management is taking steps to improve customer service of the business.

Sloooooooooooow. I've been in the drive thru lane for almost 20 minutes and there are still two cars in front of me. The dine in area is 100% completely empty.
