I know fast food is terrible but whenever I go. It doesn’t matter where. It’s cold or missing items. No ice in my ice tea and paid for an extra breakfast potatoes and wasn’t in the bag. Doesn’t fast food workers make decent wage for fast food? You got one job.
The food was piping hot and the staff is extremely friendly!
They were out of burgers and you couldn’t understand what she was saying was available. When asked to clarify, she caught an attitude and was short and snotty the rest of the transaction. My son has very good manners and was nothing but polite but apparently, he put her out asking her to do her job. Here’s an idea, quit if don’t have customer service skills.
The last 3 times I used the drive thru there were excuses why they could not take my order. Today, 12/18/2021, quote, “ the manager had to leave and he left the oil half full so when I was filling it up I split the oil so now I need to clean it up do I cannot take your order”. This one was the best of the 3 excuses. The other one, “we are taking break come back in 15 minutes was almost as good. This store has big problems and is losing a ton of business
Everyone knows Burger King but I had to pull over and give this one top marks for service and friendliness. The man, Clay, at the drive through was extremely friendly and made me feel appreciated for stopping by.
Houston was very polite and extremely professional in the drive thru.
I went to get a water to take my meds to find the lobby was closed. I went through the drive thru and kindly asked for an ice water to take my meds. This young person refused me water, when I know it's free in their lobby. I just needed a small water, didn't realize I was putting them out....
Lots of improvement as far as staff and their attitudes. The past couple of times the staff had been very pleasant! That is greatly appreciated.
Friendly and fairly quick service in the drive through. The food was good. I didn't encounter any problems. I like this Burger King.
Doors were locked, when I was finally let in to use the bathroom it was filthy & smelled horrible.. upon ordering via the drive through my order was rudely handed to me & window was shut immediately & I was practically ignored. After getting some responses to ask for my sauces the rudeness continued. I hope they were just having a bad day. If not they all seriously need some customer service training..
