We came in for lunch on a Saturday, Ordered waters, & 3 kids meals before ordering for the adults so the kids would be set first. Glad we ordered kids meals first because it took 30 mins for them to come out! Ordered alcoholic beverages & that took about another 15, Received all but one drink that took them about another 10 mins to bring out 1 beer!!! Our food arrived (5 people) to the table COLD to touch & we had to send back. 2 stars because the drinks were bomb!!
Food was on par for what you can expect from the franchise, the service was average. This particular venue handles groups well and is equipped for party's/business gatherings around lunch-time. Depending on the evening, the same cannot be said for the dinner crowd.
We had the ultimate nachos and four flavors of traditional chicken wings. We tried the limited-time Thai Curry and Flamin Hot Nacho flavor by Doritos. We also had the Blazin Carolina Reaper and Orange Chicken.The curry was just ok and tasted like the powder. The Carolina Reaper was kind of spicy. It had a little kick but was not as spicy as I was hoping. The Orange Chicken was good and similar to the Chinese version. The Doritos one was good. The nachos were not bad but I was bummed that they didn't come with chopped-up green chiles. I asked for some and they brought me jalapenos which is not the same thing. I have had them before on the burger and it was good so I was hoping to get them with my nachos. Reminds me of when Iived in New Mexico. Maybe next time.
Disappointed again! We stopped dining in prior to Covid due to poor service but still enjoy wings, so we have been utilizing the carry out option. But I think we will be giving up B dubs completely after lastnight. The young lady that was working the carry out side was rude and less than helpful and makes me wonder how is it that this place can be so busy. Seems like there is always issues with the completeness of our carry out orders and last night we questioned if our food was even fully cooked. To bad Wingstop isn't closer.
Don't go here... Wine prices aren't on the menu, and then I find out that I got charged almost $30 for two glasses of wine that could be bought literally across the street for $12 a bottle. Total rip off, and the manager refused to do anything but tell me I have to pay my bill. With tip I paid over $50 for tater tots and two glasses of very cheap wine. I will not be going back
Not every visit is going to be 5 stars and our visit on 3/5/22 wasn't 5 stars. What's unfortunate is, yesterday's visit is becoming our norm at Bdubs and not the exception. Basically, the service was poor, the wings were very good and the fries were cold. The waiter said he'd bring more fries but never did. We didn't see him again until the end of our meal when were were finally able to ask for drink refills. The only thing done quickly in the visit was how quickly the check was brought.More detail:We arrived off peak with a party of 3 around 5p. About 1/2 that tables were empty. It took about 10 mins for our waiter to greet us and let us know he'd be with us shortly. About 10-15 mins later he came back. We'd waited so long we were ready to provide our full order instead of just drinks.We'd planned to start with an order of onion rings, but was told, "We're out. Someone has run out to get some, but they're not back". That was disappointing, but it happens. We ordered drinks and everyone ordered wings plus a large basket of fries to share.The drinks came reasonability quick, but our meal took almost 30 mins. during which time our waiter never checked in with us. Our waiter was the person who brought our food. When he put the fries on the table, he said "That portion looks small. I'll bring out a half portion for you.", he never did, nor did he check back to see how the meal was because the fries were cold, like they'd been sitting out for 20 mins and we would have requested fresh ones. We ended up eating them because we had no choice. The celery was brown on the ends and the carrots were dried out.What was good you ask? Our wings were delicious, hot and well coated in the flavorings we'd requested.I did regret ordering a spicier flavoring because we never got a chance to request a refill on our drinks. Finally, when we'd finished eating, we finally got refills.You may be asking why didn't we speak up? Honestly, every waitress that did walk past our table seemed angry, I mean not one smiled or made eye contact with any table that wasn't theirs and we never saw a manager.As for tip, we did tip 20% on the pre-tax amount. Anyone can have a bad day and I know, from personal experience, the tip is the server salary as opposed to what is should be which is a rewards for quality service.Will we be back? Not anytime soon, there are plenty of places to get good wings and better service. Probably, once the memory of this visit has faded we'll try Bdubs again, maybe at a different location.
Front of house staff was amazing but food was horrible and not worth the $40!!!! We ordered chicken tenders and ff and pretzel bites but had to go back in for our sauces and then were given the wrong sauces. The French fries and chicken had obviously been sitting out for a while and were hard and cold and the pretzel bites were over cooked and inedible. We were quoted 15 mins but would have gladly waited longer for GOOD food. We returned in a timely manner so I see no excuse for this. Buffalo wild wings should be able to provide correctly made fresh food for the prices they charge and if not then they are infact cheating their customers. Filled out their complaint form same time I wrote this receive no response but an automated one..........Contacted y'all and haven't heard anything? Kinda defeats the purpose having someone respond saying to fill out their online form if you know no one ever answers!
Food was really good. I asked for all flats and and got them without issue. A little pricey, but I didn't feel robbed because the wings were a good size and tasted great.
Friday night and waited over an hour for my order of chicken wings to get delivered to my table. The waitress was very apologetic and drinks full while we waited, endlessly. Not sure what was going on tonight but their service from the kitchen if you wanted chicken wings was excruciatingly slow. Our party of four almost walked out. Once the wings were delivered they were perfectly cooked and good sized.
Staff are friendly and helpful. They checked in often and were happy to help. The food was alright there is a good selection and maybe the burger I got was just not the best. Good environment.table 38 was wobbly but can easily be fixed.
