This place is the WORSE. The bartender/server Ashley (shorter female with glasses sliding off her nose, maybe Asian was not sure, AVOID her at all cost, she should pay us to have to deal with her) had the worse attitude of anyone I have met working in a restaurant, she obviously hates her job.Service is slow, not all food comes out hot, team members seem to not care. I would attribute the poor food quality to the marijuana smell at their back exit. This made me scared to eat any food coming out of the kitchen. I had to contest the charges with my credit card company because I did not consume anything ordered. Be cautious and if you park at the back and smell marijuana go somewhere else.I will never return, each visit gets worse. This establishment really gives the brand a bad name. Fix the leadership in this location, I attribute the poor experiences to lack of accountability coming from your leadership.

The original review was for a different business with a 3-star rating) because of this mishap I want to apologize to the owner and clarify that I loved my experience at BWW. I was looking for veggie burgers and remembered I used to order years ago during sport events at BWW. Not surprisingly, the black bean burger was delicious. This particular location is pretty spacious with nice lightning. Service was great too!! (5-star!)
We gave this location another chance since our last visit was bad. Poor service, terrible atmosphere/music blasting was that one. This time was different, good atmosphere, pleasant staff, but very slow service in every way. Bartender working all the high tops and couldn't keep up. We both got food poisoned and didn't even make the 15m drive home. Never, ever coming back.
My friend and I met up here to catch up and have a relaxed afternoon. I was completely satisfied with the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted when we first walked in with a smile and quick seating. Our server, Chez, was amazing! He was friendly, patient, and attentive! The food and drinks were good and when we finally left there were a couple ladies at the front that bid us a kind farewell. The restaurant was clean and honestly it’s probably the best BWW experience I’ve ever had. We were visiting from out of town but if I come back to town I’d consider having lunch here again. Keep up the good work!
Stated kitchen was open until 11:30pm and when we walked in at 11:20pm they stated that they were closed. Employee was extremely rude and did not want to assist us even though we were told last call for the kitchen was at 11:30! Would highly not recommend this location based on service alone!
We did an online order for tomorrow Super Bowl Sunday it took it fine but gave us today's date in the wrong time. I called and they said they were not taking online orders and put a manager on to cancel the order. When he finally came to the phone I explained to him what had happened, ask if he could just change the pick up date tomorrow he seemed very perturbed I told him to forget it and just cancel my order he said he already did. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this particular location last time we'll go there or do business with them.
It’s BDubs. It’s typically really good. This is certainly my favorite location. Food service is slow. But I think that’s typical of all BDubs. Great place to get a pitcher of beer.
My cheese cake was frozen two times they bought it out and the good is never warm. But I like going to watch the games and eat wings
Great place to be especially on a game day. Great atmosphere with servers that care, and great food. You can tell it’s not frozen and the quality is definitely above average. The mozzarella sticks were crazy good .
Ordered off of Grub Hub. This restaurant sent out food that had apparently been sitting around for some time. They attempted to 'freshen' it up by dropping a dab of more sauce on the boneless wings. They were hard and barely edible. The restaurant also got the order wrong. We ordered Orange Chicken for a nine year old and were sent a habanero sauce instead. Nor did they send the carrot sticks we ordered I will not order from them at any time in the future.
