This was our first visit here. Our service was AMAZING. Our waitress was Diana, and she absolutely KILLED it. She was super sweet and made sure we were well taken care of. As a neighboring table left, every patron from it stopped and said goodbye to her. It's clear that she goes above in beyond with her tables! The food was wonderful, but it really will be the service that brings us back.
We came down to Virginia from Florida. In Florida, Bonefish Grill is always amazing, so we decided to get it here in Florida as well. Once we arrived home from picking up our online order, we noticed our kids meals were incomplete. The only item in the bag was the kids French fries. Additionally, there was a styrofoam to-go meal in the bag which contained half eaten fish and a few French fries. After calling Bonefish grill on Midlothian Turnpike, we spoke with manager Brett, who refused to fix the issue. We requested to return the incorrect meal which we just picked up and get a refund but he did not comply. This place was not willing to accommodate nor compromise for their mistake made! Finally, I’ve never had an issue with Bonefish grill back home in Florida. Midlothian Turnpike Virginia, thanks for ruining my families dinner tonight.
It was okay.. I feel like they fell off quite a bit. I know a lot of restaurants are cutting corners these days & Bonefish isn't exempt. I use to love coming to Bone Fish precovid. The bang bang shrimp & calamari we ordered for appetizers was delicious as usual. My only complaint I they don't give you as much shrimp anymore. They just fill the bowl up with lettuce. My entrée was very bland & had to use plenty of blk pepper to bring some life to it. The best things was the drinks & thats only cause our server forgot to put the order in so he added an extra shot. Shoutout to him for that mistake.
Not too busy Thursday PM and waitress was attentive. Food: BangBang Shrimp (my favorite - too much Cayenne Pepper), Corn-crab chowder was out of a can, and wife's fish dish had no taste. Best part of the meal was my beer. Won't see us again, sorry.
My experience wasn't bad or good, just meh. The bang bang shrimp and two sides were good. I got the Chilean sea bass. It was hopelessly average. For a smallish piece of fish at $34.90, it should be more than average. The waiter was all business and just going through the motions. He wasn't bad or good, just sort of there. For a total bill for two of $96 plus tip it should be worth while. Just disappointed (for second time) (p.s.) the rainbow trout I've gotten in the past was quite good.
Customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect for a night out. Food was freshly prepared and presented well. Justin did a wonderful job assisting me in celebrating my occasion and this experience would not have been what is was with our him. As far as the food, it was presented well, but could use work. The "bang bang" shrimp were great; best meal of the night. My steak was over-cooked and my rice was slightly dry; drinks were good, but slightly over priced for the area. Pasta would be a dish I recommend. Noodle consistently was among the best I have had this week; also, seasoned to perfection. Overall, good experiences and would defiantly give this establishment another visit.
Bang Bang shrimp always a win! I also enjoyed my salmon last night...my husband had Chicken Marsala...he enjoyed as well. My sides were a bit cold and veggies a little undercooked to my liking. They quickly remedied it, my experience was pretty decent.
Had an early lunch. Service was wonderful. Every course was delicious. The shrimp in each dish was cooked perfectly. I really enjoyed the pasta; it had a nice light sauce. My mother enjoyed the pineapple martini. The crab fries were hot and delicious.
Stopped by for lunch on Sunday. Madison our server was excellent. Thoroughly knew the menu and made good recommendations.Enjoyed our meal. Will definitely come again.
I ordered the sirloin steak which was delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive. Both of my friends ordered the trout. The portions were generous. Both were complimenting how delicious their meals were as well. We will definitely come back. I recommend this restaurant for a nice atmosphere and dinner.
