Maybe one in ten times your order will be correct and/or hot. The other nine times they’ll get your order completely wrong, have you wait 20 minutes for food or not acknowledge your existence at all. There’s a Wendy’s down the road that’s really good though. I would go there. I’ve genuinely tried to give this place a chance over the two years that I’ve lived here, but I can safely say that I will never go back.
Average chicken spot here biscuits were pretty good Cajun chicken was ok fries were average chicken was good but nothing special sweet tea didn’t taste legendary wouldn’t go out of my way to have it but if I was near it and nothing else around it would do the job
Terrible service I get back to the office with food and my whole food order wasn’t there. had co worker drive back 10 minutes to get the things missing and still didn’t get what we originally went up to get. The manager told the co worker to get back in line and re order . The drive through window guy was In a rush and basically hand the bag to use quickly and didn’t even make sure we got everything
They made me pay $.36 for an extra sauce but my biscuit is still raw….. I mean, actual dough!?!?!! JUST DISGUSTING!!! I couldn’t even eat after biting into this! SMH ???
#1 customer service is trash. The DGAF attitude is obvious. I don't need buttery sweetness and ear to ear smiles. I just need mediocre professionalism.#2 One day the chicken is deliciously spicey but the dirty rice tastes like oatmeal. The next time the rice tastes better than home cooking but the chicken tastes like it's made of cheap rubber. My expectations are so low, I can't continue to give y'all my money.I'm sure the one affects the other.
Figured I'd go inside since the drive-thru was busy. It took about 5 hours to get a meal with 2 people ahead of me (one already being served). Looked like they had food ready but were still slow. What goes on behind the scenes of fast food chicken restaurants??
Love their food but you have to check your order before you leave. Three times they have forgotten items and chicken count is off. But the are quick to correct it just wished they would get it right the first time.
Ordered a fish sandwich at the drive thru. Was told to pull up because it would take 5 minutes to cook. Waited 10 minutes just for someone come out & bring food to cars behind me. She told me they had to drop my fish. I told her it should’ve already been dropped. When she finally came out she only brought a fish sandwich. I ordered a fish meal along with a 4 piece supremes meal. Ended up going in to get my money back because they didn’t have my supremes ready either.
This was the fastest Bojangles I have ever been to. The lady who took my order at the drive up was polite, understood my order, made sure my grandson knew they didn't carry Sprite but they had Sierra Mist and he would like it just as much! Our order was correct, hot and in my hands within 5 minutes. You can't ask for much better than that!
I have eaten at this Bojangles seven times in the last month. Every time the Boberry biscuits are so hard they are like rocks. I am only able to eat the inside out of them. I am not one that likes to complain, but I have even asked them to remake them two of those times and still gotten ones that were hard. I think something needs to be done and some standards put in place.
