My girlfriend and I both got the $3.14 pizza coupon and saw that it expired April 1st so we decided to go to Blaze on March 25th. Upon reaching the checkout we looked to see that the coupon had changed to expire an hour before we got to blaze which was confusing and disappointing. We paid for our full priced pizzas which were fine, what you would expect from a fast pizza chain like this, but the questionable behavior of the pi day deal leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth. To provide further context, the manager at the store we went to was demeaning the high school students that were working there the entire time we were there, and this was actually the second blaze we went to because the first one had mysteriously shut down the day before and had signs from the employees taped to the windows saying to boycott blaze and mentioning how they weren't even allowed to get their belongings from inside. Overall this chain doesn't seem to care about it's employees or it's customers, the only redeeming thing here was that the manager refunded our pizzas after we told him that our coupon was mysteriously altered, apparently this has been happening all month. Not going back.
Management here is extremely condescending, I felt bad for the employees. My boyfriend and I were here last weekend, my sugar level was low because I needed food. When I was a bit slow with my order, the manager asked me what university I attended and started laughing at me. We also had a coupon for $3.14 pizza randomly expire while we were in line at this location. Would not recommend, there are better pizza options in the area.
Stopped by for my first time a few days back and they knocked it out of the park. Walked in with about twelve people ahead of me, but got my pizza in under ten minutes. They really got everything going pretty well. The pizza was so good it reminded of my favorite ones in LA. I will definitely return soon.
I have always had a positive experience ar Blaze Pizza. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. The store manager frequently makes rounds to personally make sure that customers have all their needs met.The food is priced well and very delicious. We discovered that the pizzas are more filling with the more toppings you add on, and one pizza is enough to fill up two of us adults. The outdoor area is nice to eat at during nice weather. We love revisiting this restaurant often.
Their pizza is to die for but their website ordering is awful!! Won't let you put in your credit card information on a desk top computer. Almost don't want to order just because of how bad the site is. I'm a medical employee and we all like to do online ordering for lunch because it's quicker.
Ordered extra cheese on a vegan pizza. Pizza barely had any cheese on a few stripe in middle. Pizza was a waste it was only the crust a very few pieces of spinach that fell off when you picked it up due to no cheese for it to stick to. I was on lunch break could take back. Just threw it away. The piece of cauliflower crust and sauce I did taste was good thou.
Blaze is usually great but I ordered from them yesterday and they sent someone else's order to me. The pizzas were also very burnt and soggy from adding way too much sauce, barely any cheese, the toppings looked like they just chuck on a few on there.Very disappointed.
Ordered here for delivery. Big mistake. Almost everything on the pizza was wrong and missing toppings. How hard is it to follow instructions on a ticket saying what to put on the pizza? It seems like the staff here just decide to do whatever they want to put on your pizza regardless of what you order. Burnt crust. Missing toppings. Inedible dough. Terrible location.
If you order online and everything is correct, perfect. If it's wrong, undercooked or inedible, good luck getting any help or refund. We ordered 3 pizzas: first was fine, second was wrong (fewer toppings than we ordered and paid for) and the third wasn't cooked and inedible. We tried popping it in the oven but that was a mistake. It was beyond edible repair. You have to use the app for issues. And there are about 40 questions and it's glitchy. So I got to the end and "submit" wouldn't work, which made me suspicious. Clearly they don't want to help if something goes wrong. Not the first time we've had issues here so we're going to move on. Other pizza options in Midlo area that are more consistent.
New to the city. Never been here & probably I won’t return. I wasn’t sure how to order. The cashier or the initial girl was not thrilled or helpful. Another lady was helping an older mom & daughter (mid 50’s)w/there order. She was patient & nice to them. The cashier started our pizza & seemed annoyed to start. Once the other lady finished w/the older mom & daughter, she turned to assist me & my daughter (15yo). Wow how quickly the lady’s attitude changed. We’ve never ordered here, lots of options but I guess it wore lady out that as soon as we said “that’s it for the pizza”, she walked away from us. We still wanted cheesy bread! The older guy was nice enough to finish the transaction. Pizza was delicious but service was harsh. Oh well. At least we tried it.
