I went to dinner on a Saturday night at 5:30pm with 4 adults and 1 infant. We were seated right away and was given a booster seat for my daughter to sit in at the booth.The waitress was attentive and helpful with the questions we had. She always made sure our drinks were filled too.The food tasted great! My father-in-law stated his shrimp were rubbery but expected that. We enjoyed our time and will be back in the future.
the food is delicious, but their service is very regular, they take a long time to serve, the attention of the waitress is unsurpassed
Although the curbside service is exceptional I could not give more than two Stars because of the telephone ordering system. If you try to place your order by telephone the system will either hang up on you or will not allow you to speak to one of the employees at this location extremely frustrating. The system hung up on me two different times so I eventually placed my order online but could not get some items that I wanted such as a side of barbecue sauce. Hopefully they will correct this problem with the telephone at this particular location
When to Applebee’s to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we were denied service because they were supposedly “understaffed and could not seat more than 4 people” when in reality there were multiple tables with more than 6+ people. I think that it was because my family and I are hispanics, and were the only hispanics, that they denied us service. There was no other poc there.
Enjoyed my experience at the bar during happy hour. The Appetizers were delicious. The drinks were just right.
Not a good expeience. From the time we entered the restaurant. Not welcoming at all. My husband requested a table to accomodate a party of 6 (including my disabled mother n law) instead of initially giving us the option of the table, she gave us a booth and said if it doesn't work out they would move us. We were seated in the bar area and distributed the menus. The sixth menu was tossed across the table to my aunt. No apology. Waitress was ok. Our orders took some time to come out. Which may have been due to staffing which was is understandable. Food was mediocore. I ordered the chcken basket. Chicken was hot fries were ice cold. My husband ordered the steak and his mashed potatoes and broccoli was cold. My aunt's onion rings were hard. Everyone else's order was ok. We should have been given the table. It was not busy in fact there were 2 available but was told it would be a little longer for us to get waited on which didn't make sense to me. The table was away from the bar which would have been ideal. Instead we had to endure the loud talking and cursing. Which is what I would expect. However when you see that we had two children with us, seating us in that area was not a good call.
We had a party of 7. In hopes to enjoy my mother in law's birthday. We where denied service upon arrival and told that they couldn't take any party over 6 people. Due to them being short staffed. Though it was only a few guest at the bar and rarely no guest at any tables. We didn't mind being at separate tables at that. I feel that it wasn't fair to just deny us like that. For all that they might as well had been closed for the day then.
Food was great. Service was very good. My wife and I will revisit again.
Ordered the Oriental Salad with crispy fried chicken. This is a consistently delicious entree/salad. It's very large, leaving me with plenty to take home for lunch the next day. (Best to ask for the dressing on the side so that your take-home doesn't get soggy overnight.) At around $12 or so, this is very reasonably priced. The service was excellent, cheerful, speedy, and efficient.
Called around 6:00 pm asking if reservation needed for party of 10, were told that wasn't done or needed. Arrived 7:00 pm & heard waitress announcing she's not going to handle & "host" telling us it will be one & a half hours before we could be seated, there was approximately 20 people in restaurant. If Beavis & Butthead didn't want to work they could have informed us when we called earlier. I myself will never set foot there again.
