Authentic Italian food like Mama makes. Had a couple of lunch specials and tall beers with the partner. Bread is warm and fresh to soak up your sauces and clean the plate! Service from Tammy is excellent and we then took wings to go. Got home after work and ate them only to find out, they are better than the wings at the place we work! Will definitely be back for seconds, thirds and more!
Good pizza. My fam loves it and they are picky with their pizza. I especially love the crust, brick oven is my fav. I really like their Works pizza, margarita pizza, and fried ravioli. If you go during 3 to 6, the ravioli, bruschetta, and small margarita pizza was around $6 or $7 each, so a good deal.Update #1: This time I ordered from DoorDash. I got a small cheese with half sausage and a calamari app. It was all good! It was around $30 but the quality is worth it! It was enough for at least 2-3 people/meals.
If I could rate them zero, I would. Ordered their lunch special and the sign directly outside the door listed one price yet was charged a higher price inside. When i questioned it the employee asked an older guy I assume is the manager. He was EXTREMELY rude as he slammed the menu on the table said "this is the price, you can buy it or not!" At this point, I left. This is not how you treat your customers Very rude!! Whether you care or not I will not go back and make sure everyone else knows how unprofessional this establishment is. Also, they charge an extra fee for using debit/Credit cards fyi.
Went in recommended by a friend , I am Italian and normally I don't go to Italian nearly always disappointing, but this place has been the worst ever. We were served to start a warm beer, the waiter could not answer simple question, sent us somebody else that was even worst. The food both mine and my wife was a joke for $22 each we got a soupy of meat and other vegetable with overcooked pasta underneath as a surprise .Everything was test-less terrible for quality and preparation. Maybe somebody can eat this awful food but at least don't call it Italian this is and insult.
Our service was fast and the Waitress was very friendly
This was my first time at Anna's. My wife and I split the regular cheese steak sub. While it did need a bit of salt, it was still very enjoyable. The calamari appetizer, not so much. It was tough, chewy, lacked flavor, and came with far too little for the $13 price tag. While I will be visiting again, I will certainly not be ordering the calamari.
Was very upset when I went there 2 weeks ago. The food from before was excellentThis time I ordered the ziti and found it far overcooked. Too much cheese and sauce. So last week I thought I would get the best pizza in virginia, fooled again. No crisp, no stringy cheese bite. Just soft and tasteless
I just got our dinner. Ordered fries with one of the sandwiches, like there was supposed to be. 1 1/2 pieces each of ham and salami. Head of lettuce on the sandwich. I’ll never go back there
My husband and I ordered the sampler appetizer that came with fried ravioli, mozzarella sticks and fries. All were very tasty (specifically the ravioli). He ordered the steak and cheese sub and I ordered the ziti. The ziti was really really good, just beware of a ton of cheese, yum. Now the disappointing things were the side salad (literally only had iceberg lettuce, two slices of tomatoes and one slice of cucumber) and the sub was honestly not our favorite at all. It had like a weird tomato sauce on it. Overall wasn’t bad but not worth how much we spent.
Everything we had was on point: wings, simple house salad and cheesiest, garlickest, hugest pizza. Local VA beers. Good service, too.
