I don't even think it's open? Ordered through the app, went to the drive thru, nothing. After about 10 minutes, I parked and tried to go inside. Doors were locked, no one inside. Peeked through the drive thru window just in case, and didn't see anyone. No signs that I saw indicating it was closed. Such a shame. Wendy's used to be pretty good.
I said a double 4x4 no cheese . I get a single ok …. SODA straight carbonated .Yes 10 mins in drive through. The store did not answer.when I called .
While Google list said you could dine in, they had the dining room closed. There were many other fast food restaurants around this location (Arbys, McD, etc) all with their dining room open.
Today at 4:00 on April 16 . The women or man running drive threw was really rude probaly the reason y’all keep getting complaints . It’s sad give the job to someone that actually want an deserve it . No reason to be rude to customers that are completely nice and even uses their manners . Please fix this or their will be a complaint to cooperate cause y’all don’t answer your phones .
Been said here many times. The Wendys on Mechanicsville Turnpike is the worst. Super slow service. Then I get my burger it is missing lettuce. Then I pull out the fries and every last one of them were either hard as bricks or were left over crumbs. Hard to accept when you are paying over $11 for that! Save your money.
Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been too. Food sucks, they cannot cook, rude employees. Who puts a piece of sliced cheese on a baked potato?? One time all the employees left mid shift with people in the drive thru. Never fails something is always wrong and the place is disgusting. Just shut it down already. Too bad you can’t give half a star.
Cannot bring myself to click even one star but it makes you before you can post. I used mobile app to order ahead and when I arrived to pick up my order they did not have the chili or the frosty's that was bought and paid. I was offered a cookie instead but requested a refund. I was rudely told that they could not provide a refund but if I wanted to come back tomorrow I could get the items that was bought. I asked to speak to a Manager and was told they did not have a manager on duty. Seemed strange but I decided to come back. Four trips later I still never received my order.
This location would do everyone a favor if they just closed down. Tired to eat here a few times unsuccessfully either you can only order through the mobile app or they only accept cash. I never have any issues with any other Wendy's in the area. Not to mention the rude people I encountered on the other side of the Drive-Thru. Just at all costs do not waste your time even attempting to get food from here there are dozens of better options within walking distance of this place.
Dirty, dirty, dirty. It always has been and it’s only gotten worse since Covid. The employees don’t look like they care about themselves much less the cleanliness of the kitchen area. I just watched an employee pick up a bunch of lids he dropped on the floor and put them into the lid dispenser. STAY AWAY!
Went inside to get a Southwest salad for takeout. Got home and found i had wilting lettuce, avacado sauce that looks like something that looked like something out of a baby diaper. brown and slimy. I got pictures too.
