Same guy sat at the drive thru for 15 minutes and never moved. The line was wrapped around the building. I parked and decided I'd go inside to order. Doors were locked. No signs posted as to why, no body came over to let me know what was going on. Nothing. Same guy was still at the drive thru when I walked back to my car. At least 3 employees saw me walk by (and then back again) and not a single one bothered to shout out the window what was going on. Ridiculous.

I don’t normally review fast food chains, but this location had great friendly service (which seems to be harder and harder to find), was a very clean and pleasant environment as it is a newer location, and out of all of your typical fast food burgers, Wendy’s is hard to beat! My husband even mentioned it would be a nice quiet place to come sit and work if he needed to get out of the house. :)
Went on a Friday around 4pm. I was in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. 20 of those minutes were after I already paid so I couldn't even leave. At one point they handed me 2 bags of food and as I went to drive off they yelled for me to stop, I had the wrong food. I gave it back and waited 5 more minutes and a employee opened the window to ask what I was missing. "All of my food". Please fix this problem Wendy's. This is every weekend at this location
I've tried to order at the counter on 2 separate occasions. I stood there and waited patiently for one of the workers to take my order, but they never did. I walked out without ever ordering.
Restaurant says dining room open 9:00 a.m. to whatever. It's 11: 50 a.m. and the door is locked. Wendy's needs to figure out how to open their dining rooms back up.I did drive through and ate at outside table. Clearly understaffed, but very friendly service and good food.
It was kind of slow, I know it was lunchtime. But they had one person helping up front at the register and also stopping to bag the food instead of continuing with orders. Everyone was nice but it was kind of a cluster.
The worst Wendy's of all time. I went to pick up a mobile order and was behind 1 person inside the restaurant, they didn't take that persons order for 10 minutes while they just dealt with the drive through. Then when they did take that persons order they they proceeded to not even look at me and went back to handling the drive through. By this time there were 5 people behind me now. Ten minutes later I asked if someone was going to take my order or at least help me with my mobile order. But no help happened, I then got yelled at by I'm assuming the manager asking "If i see them working or just looking around?" then when I said no one has helped us she said stop yelling or she's calling the cops. I was not yelling at all. I then asked them to take my order and she said no you are going to wait again. I for one cannot believe she threatened to call the police on me, (probably because I'm a large black man) but the fat of the matter is they are so rude and the service is absolute garbage. I will NEVER and i mean NEVER return again and I hope whoever is reading this does not either. I ended up canceling my order because I didn't want spit in it as I know it would have. I don't even make reviews but going there turned me into a Karen....
I lost my receipt to do my survey but I love coming here. Crystal makes my morning every time I come and she does her thing with that vanilla frosticino ! She deserves a raise. Food is impeccable in the morning and my order is always accurate and on time
I order dinner for my mom and I. She was admitted to memorial regional hosp since 1/1/2022. I ordered a $5 bacon cheeseburger bag a drink. I also ordered a frosty and a baked potatoes for my mother.It was late and cold but the worse part is wen I recieved it it had NO BREAD, NO BACON NO CHEESE. Just two beef patties with an onion and a pickle in a container. I placed a complaint with GrubHub they told me to call the store oI placed a complaint
