I was appalled at the filthiness of the restaurant. The window sill by my booth had so much grease and bugs that I had to use a napkin to attempt to clean it. Waiter was young and evidently nervous. Kept running his hand thru his hair, squeezed his neck and touched his face. I asked the clueless hostess to PLEASE have him wash his hands BEFORE touching our plates. I say she is clueless because she was trying to be efficient by grabbing our drinks while we waited. Had to ask for straws. I thought maybe I was in a daycare. The other lady working kept telling the man who was hand washing dishes how much he was appreciated. Don't get me wrong. I APPRECIATE ALL workers. But hey..we all are grown ups, out of diapers. We don't need congrats, and praise for everything we do. It's called a job... just do it!!! I'll never return to this pig pen. I do give credit where it's due...2 cooks working Sunday 6/26. I watched your every move...fast, efficient, gloved, and food cooked to perfection. You have skills. Find a cook job at a higher paying establishment. ?
This location has an extremely friendly and engaging staff, which sets it apart from even the best Waffle Houses. The food was good and was prepared exactly as ordered. One employee went out of his way to bring our grandson a Waffle House hat. In turn, our grandson said his waffle was the "best ever," two thumbs up.Update 5/3/22: They were very short-staffed this morning. We weren't in a hurry and they did the best they could. The food was fine.
Ok I love a good waffle house but this one NEVER AGAIN....1ST time I go the cook there with security but because of no waiter no service... OK COO... following weekend a cook, a waiter, and security so im like ok we getting somewhere. NO‼️ soon I get in waiter say we had a rush he needs a 10 break but ill take your order. ok COO... I order 5 ppl come in the cook takes half they order. WAITER lost my ticket and im waiting 2 hrs for my food...ppl came in after me ordered, ate, and paid and im still waiting. NEVER AGAIN‼️
Food was cooked just right. Good portions. Friendly employees. Bathroom was semi functional. Restaurant looks like it well aged and needs an extreme facelift. Place could also use a deep cleaning.
Went in and we were told waiter was on his 2nd shift and all they were doing was take outs. They only have 3 tables open and 1 was empty. Why was the waiter working if not for tips. It takes work for take out why not just wait on us. Place was filthy so we were lucky anyway.
I visited the restaurant and was told they had just changed to to-go orders only because one of the servers didn't show. Only half of the resturant was open to being with with 3 booths and 6 bar stools. Why can't one server handle that and/or the manager, who told us it was to go only, help out? OR perhaps the ones standing around doing nothing could at least clean the restaurant. Good grief.
Been there 2 times this week and keep being told we are closed.for.cleaning the grill.tonight we are closed.umtil.3rd shift comes in. Waffle house suppose to be open 24 hours a day. Never again.
Called at 12:35, walked in less than 5 minutes later, order taken however meal brought out 50 mins after being seated and order placed. The bare waffle was to have strawberries and whip cream on it. Had to request that again.People friendly, clean establishment but definitely not happy with the lengthy wait and disregard for the wait by management.

I go in to order my food and they tell me their grill is down and their waiting for their 3rd shift cook…? So I came all the way here just for them to tell me their not cooking!!! The employee responded uh huh real nasty… I’ve never experienced this from any Waffle House!!! I don’t usually come here, and they don’t have to worry about me ever again!!! I never knew Waffle House to operate in this way… So could someone tell me how the heck are they suppose to operate 24hrs and when did we have to wait on employees to come in just to get some food!!!
