We consider ourselves regulars at this establishment and have had great service for the past 2 years. We dined in on a Friday night early and had Biridiana as our server. She took our drink order and then our dinner order. When our food came out, I was served, my son was served and my husband got his extra sour cream and shredded cheese, but his fajitas were not on the tray. We waited for more than 10 minutes and no fajitas. Our server was busy socializing and never made the 5 minute food check. We asked the manager to get our server and let him know our issue. She then came over to talk to us then walked away, only to come back to tell us she NEVER put in his order! She then gave us a bill including the extra sides for the fajitas that never arrived. The manager made excuses for her behavior and I was appalled! Actively looking for a new Mexican restaurant.
When we orders my husband ask for a vegetable something and he gets very little vegetables and mostly onions and had to ask for vegetables. He had to wait and you couldn’t offer a discount for the wrong doing. It took us 2 years to come back and very disappointed we have to send food back and ask for what it says on menu. We use to go at least 1 a week but the service and food went down so we stopped going. We tried it again and the looks we got when he ask for it to be fixed was rude. Your service is getting worse.
Food was very good , customer service was amazing Victor was very patient and pleasant and made sure my order was right!!!
My family has been here a few times now and love it. They have plenty to select from and it all tastes delicious. The pork, chicken, and seafood are cooked just right. The cilantro, in the salsa, is so tasty. And the servers are always very friendly!
We found the Patron one night when we were in Richmond and found it to be good. Not great. Not bad just good. They have a Chile Relleno smothered with braised Pork, sauteed peppers, onions that we enjoyed. I wish Mexican restaurants did more with presentation
We've been here so many times we usually don't need to tell our server what drinks we want anymore. It is by far our favorite local Mexican restaurant. Good prices and awesome staff.
Good atmosphere and great food. We liked it better than other Mexican restaurants in the area.

I ordered a Lunch Steak Fajita served in an iron skillet and it arrived sizzling HOT. The Fajita had excellent flavorful strips of lean steak with no gristle or fat and came prepared with onions, tomatoes and bell peppers. A separate plate consisted of multiple Mexican food: refried beans, Spanish Rice, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, guacamole, sour cream and 8 flour tortillas. I didn't know I could have gotten corn tortillas which I will do next time to make the meal even more traditional. Considering the restaurant staffing problems in 2021, the service was surprisingly quick. It was a Wednesday. The steak Fajita had more food than I needed for a $12.50 lunch, so I got a box to take home for my dinner. Will come back.
