We ordered online and when we got home we were missing half a food I called up here and the girl told me to come back up with my receipt. Which I did then I talk to another girl here about it and brought my receipt and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes so I had to stand here and call my parents just to show them we were missing the food. Not even an apology or anything just rude with an attitude.and our shrimp and onion rings were completely burnt and tasted horrible

Even though they were short on staff (sign posted making you aware of it). The waiter (very nice) and food (seasoned well and hot) )was excellent.
My boyfriend and I decided to go here at 3:45PM today.There weren’t busy, Really slow. I had a bad experience the last time I came but hoping this time would be better. We got our drinks ordered our food very quickly (burger and a chicken sandwich with fries) The waitress asked if the chicken sandwich ordered wanted fries.Then about 4:30 we were told someone took the wrong burger so our food was going to be a little longer. Then around 4:45 our food came. The burger was fine. We didn’t get the chicken sandwich at all. We received some grilled chicken, shrimp, peppers and onions, and mashed potatoes. Waited over 10 minutes to tell the waitress the food was wrong. At this point we didn’t want to wait on his order to be cooked. So he ate it. They gave us a dessert for the food being wrong. We wanted to split the check so we tell her one check we want the drinks on the other we want the food on. Comes back and didn’t separate the check she goes back to separate it and it takes another 10 minutes. Get the right check. Pull out the card and cash to pay and wait for 15 minutes with no one coming to collect the money. The chicken sandwich was $13 (what he ordered) we were charged $17 for what he received. We decided to get up and pay at the bar because we just wanted to leave at that point.
