Drive through employee was extremely rude. Basically threw my sauce at me in my car, then refused to open the window to give me the rest of my order when I asked for an extra bag. She just stood there and ignored me for a solid 5 minutes. When I asked for a manager she pretended she couldn't hear. I would have pressed it further had I not been in a rush. Food was also gross. Basically just tossed in a wrapper. Won't be coming back
Came for an early lunch today around 11... Lady working the window was extremely nice... I even commented that she should be a manager if she's not... Great as usual.
It’s 11:35, and I’ve been here since 11:20! There is a car blocking the drive thru, and the doors are locked!! I called…at 11:27, because there were lights on, and the girl told me they would be open in a “few minutes”. 11:46, and the door is still locked! I’ve seen at LEAST 20 cars pull in, and people try the door! I told them about the “few minutes” call, but… SURPRISE!… no one has opted to wait! Just thought Taco Bell might be interested to learn about the loss of revenue, not to mention the angry customers, it’s lazy employees have generated, since it’s obvious that the lazy employees don’t care!! I’ll wait 5 more minutes (purely out of principle at this point, and then I’ll post this to social media! HUGE FAIL, Taco Bell!!!
If I could give no stars trust me I would. My husband wanted to make my night a little better, so he got me the nacho bell grande meal with a regular taco (no sour cream or tomatoes) and a sweet tea. So let me tell you this...1. Instead of a sweet tea I got a diet coke.2. The nachos had regular cheese instead of nacho cheese.3. The taco was a supreme not a regular (it had sour cream and tomatoes when I asked for those 2 things not on the taco.)I will never be going back there EVER! Also when my husband called (I was on 3 way so I would know) the manager had an attitude while on the phone with my husband. They need to learn good customer service. I would not recommend going to this taco bell, they are flat out rude!
I was in the drive-thru. Line went through fairly quickly and the employees didn't mind customizing our order. Came out just as I was hoping and the food was great!
Lousy service. Slow as can be. Sat at the window for 10 minutes to have them tell me to pull around and they will bring my food. Watched 5 cars pull out before my food (a simple chalupa) finally comes out. Even then I had to beg for a straw for my drink.
So I don’t know what your alls problem is say that there was nothing wrong with the food my order was right at they put some cheese on my nachos but they put it in the microwave the taco meat was cook all the way when the manager pick up the phone he said I’m the only cooking the food ok good job buddy I run hotels by my self that is harder work then what u do so called manger u need to go back to school and learn how u talk to people I think it was more of a race thing and that’s why I got treated the way I did but it’s cool ?? ima make sure taco bell knows about this issue and how u talk to consumers
Food was standard Taco Bell. Not great, but not terrible. Food did take longer than normal, but not ridiculously long. Tables were fairly clean and lobby was OK.I was in a party of 3 and all used the restroom to wash hands. I stood there for almost 2 minutes and had ZERO hot water in the men's room. NONE, as in ice cold! Not even luke warm and this was after my son tried for a couple of minutes, as well. How do the employees wash their hands after using the restroom? Maybe the health department needs to do a surprise visit.I would recommend checking for hot water BEFORE ordering at this location.
Everytime i come to this location it’s a problem. I asked for a burrito supreme but instead of beef i wanted chicken. I got a chicken and bean burrito… where is the lettuce tomato onion cheese and sour cream ? Pure laziness. Never going to this location, i will drive my extra mile to go to another one.
Ordered my food it was hot. Lettuce was brown shells were hard falling apart to be soft it was bad. Have eatn worse before so i ate it anyway got sick that night. I will never go to taco bell at this location again
