5 STARS for calm Johnathan? I think was his name, that worked 3/25 around 5pm HE NEEDS A RAISE. ZERO stars for the girl that had black hair "working" with him showing her a**, acting like pure wh*te trash, literally screaming and hollering at the top of her lungs and finally walked out. More than extremely inappropriate, everyone should take their job seriously however, take a deep breath and get over it, it's only fast food. It can be stressful, but she needs to get her emotions in check in public. I won't be back to this location until she's gone for sure.

Well I pulled into the parking lot at 7:30pm, an employee immediately locked the door and ran to the back. Then when I went to the door, he mouthed from across the store “we’re closed”. The hours online state they are open til 9pm. I was a little disappointed but it’s ok. 0 stars because I am hungry.

Employee handled cash and coins with gloves on, and then proceeded to touch a sub and dress it without changing gloves.

This location has Good quality food and great service for a chain restaurant.

Other than one of the employees seemed to not want to be there and barely acknowledged that we were there, the other employee stepped up cheerfully to help and did a great job.

One of the workers at subway was super rude to me and used foul language in-front of another customers child. Over all very rude, but she didn't have a name on her name tag. Sandwich tasted fine but hopefully customer service will improve.

Great subs but they have really gone up on price!!

I want to commend the employee that helped me today. She was attentive to my requests, and met them properly. I also want to commend her for solo running the store. She had absolutely no help. No other staff member was present to help her. They didn't come till a little bit after I left. In my opinion no one employee should have to be answering the phone, making subs for customers, and getting slammed with more than four Doordash, or other mobile orders. Especially not at the rate of pay they receive. That was wrong, and very upsetting to see upper management abuse their staff like that. I feel that, if you're gonna leave a staff member alone, the store should shut down.
