absolutely the worst starbucks in rva. management is so rude and the staff don't care about their jobs. I don't think buying a new starbucks is going to help if they employ the same people. I just want my coffee
Great little Starbucks. It’s in a strip mall but the vibes are nice inside and the service was great!

Amber H. does not know how to stay out of others conversations and wants to engage after being asked to please stay out of conversation! When someone cancels an order and is saying to the cashier they want a refund due to the fact that it was bordering on 30 minutes since I ordered and they aren’t talking to you, mind your own business and don’t engage if they aren’t speaking to you!
Friendly service, relatively quick, and coffee wasn’t burnt tasting like so many Starbucks

Incredibly courteous and polite staff! Their selections, let's just say there is plenty to choose from. The location is super convenient and is extremely clean. Kudos to this The Stabucks super staff keeping our everyone's orders moving. We will definitely return again and again and again! If it were possible to give more than 5 stars, I would.
Warm coffee cake was excellent as usual! My Carmel frappacino was blended well and made quickly. Only complaint was they were out of birthday cake pops!
How is it that I can do a mobile order that says it will be ready in 8 minutes only to get there in 10, then wait 35 minutes and watch people come in, stand in line to get their drink before I do. I get it being understaffed but this is completely undertrained
It's lovely to be able to sit inside a Starbucks again. They were fairly busy this morning, and they fulfilled our orders perfectly.
