Fast friendly service with hot food thumbs up
Couldn’t place order at kiosk, no one would answer drive thru & finally got to the window & they said we’re not serving any ice cream products right now! REALLY what a disappointment ??????
Legit every time i go everyone is rude and acts like they cant speak, tonight they got my order wrong and this is not the first time it has happened. Down right crazy.
The service here is bad I just went to get some food from here and they messed up my whole order up and they need a new manger because yea!
The service here is just bad. We sat in the drive through the other night watching other cars leave in frustration. It was about 8pm on a Friday night.We pull up to the mic and nothing. Not a, we will be with you in just a minute or any other acknowledgement we were even there.After waiting about 5 minutes and not seeing any progression or hearing anything. We pulled away as well.
I was here picking up an order for Groceries Plus; they couldn't find the customer's order at first. I showed the employees the picture of the order that was sent to me. After about eight minutes they found the order. Then is took way too long to fill four bags of ice in my opinion! They were dead slow but no one seemed to know what was going on ?? I personally only go to Sonic for their drinks. I've never eaten any of their food that I liked.
The worst fast food restaurants ever. What happened to the quality, I ate there few years ago, and foods was good. Now, the chili dog didn't taste like 100% beef dog. The 3 hamburger bun were burned. We spent $37 for nasty food, I taken one bite from the chili dog, and threw it in the trash.
Had a great time sitting in the truck with my bestfriend/wife for a burger ? and ? fries. Food was great and service was fast.. that's all you need to know.
We usually get our banana shakes at the sonic on brook road. But mechanicville is closer so we thought we'd try that one. BIG MISTAKE!!!. They didnt have any bananas in it. And service was really bad.
Do not go here. Waited close to an hour for my order. I placed a mobile order and the stall screen said it would be out in a few minutes. It then said my order would be brought out by a Gino and it was never delivered. I went to the drive-thru and told them about the situation. They said they could just ring me up there since my order wasn’t in the system. I had an email confirmation and had already been charged for my order but never got my food. Sad because I used to love sonic but this place makes me never want to eat at one again.
