Paid for sandwich. The manager would not hand over the sandwich because she accused me of not paying. Claimed CC was not working which was the form of payment I used. My statement says otherwise. Fully charged not pending for what I was trying to purchase. Thanks for the headache.
Clean enough as far as Sheetz goes. Very convenient and located right before you get on the highway. You gotta drive up the road a bit before you hit the next gas station and there's no reason to do that. Good pull off spot for a gas and go.
It's a very clean convenient store. Reasonably priced gas. Great deli. Restroom inside.
Stopped by for a snack. Clean, bright store with lots of options for a quick bite. Extra cashiers opened new registered once a few folks started lining up. Really friendly staff.
i like sheetz, burger good, staff were great, other reviews were critical of the gas pumps, as if that's the staffs fault, keep up the good work guys
Poor food service and I was dealing with the “manager!” When she checked the bag for missing item, she yelled at staff, “ you didn’t put food in the bag?” This after she told me she packed the bag herself!I asked for an apology. She refused! In my opinion this manager needs more training in how to treat customers and staff with respect!
Poor service, pre ordered online went to drive thru to pickup and lady refused to bring order to window and made me wait. Save yourself the headache and goto a different sheetz cause this one is ran by people who hate thier job so much that they take it out on the customer .
Poor drive thru service, they will make you wait even when your order is finished. Prepare to wait for 20 minutes while your order sits on the counter and get cold.
This Sheetz is so good. Friendly service and helpful staff makes going inside a treat.
What a cluster. Pumps are backed up and run very slow. Only thing good in the gas area is the price. Someone went in while pumping gas and ordered food. Don't do that. People are waiting. Didn't go in so inside may be nice. Just wanted to finally leave. This was 7:30 pm. Ugh.
