The Ruby Tuesday's near me shut down . When I saw this one during my travels I had to stop. The dusted ribs and shrimp were awesome. 20 years was too long of a wait. Planning on going back for that giant colossal Burger:-)
Unprofessional, waiters/servers complaining that doordash and older people were letting them know to CLEAN the outside which is a mess. And waiter went into the kitchen and said “ why is everyone B at everything “ manager said she didnt feel well. Not our issue! We come to work and eat this is ridiculous!!! The crew are family so if one has an issue with them everyone will have an issue with you! Very bad experience just to pick up an order for a customer! RIDICULOUS
The food took forever to came out and it wasn’t even warm when it came out. I would of loved to ask my waitress to at least warm it up , but she only came back once more and that was with the check. I won’t be returning. Hopefully service and food gets better.
I don't like to leave negative reviews, but here is a suggestion for the manager (or for restaurant management). When you run out of coffee, don't tell customers that it wasn't on the truck. Go to the Wal-Mart across the parking lot and buy some! The food was good and the waitstaff was friendly. But no coffee? Inexcusable!
Ruby Tuesday has always been all-time favorite restaurant especially for their New Orleans entrée. This visit my family and I decided that we wantedto order some juicy cheeseburgers with fries. We ordered 2 burgers medium well and 2 well done. When we picked up our orders all the burgers were burnt and really dry. One of the sandwiches did not have a whole burger on it. This was my birthday dinner.
Staffing was limited like most places these days. Server did as well as she could.My meal was fair. My son's meal was basically a bowl of cheese sauce wit a fee noodles and chicken.Lipstick on my glass of soda.Bathroom was disgusting, for real.
We were celebrating our sister's birthday who came down from New York. We had a Wonderful time. Our waitress, Ruby was Awesome and Very Friendly and Courteous. She will be the one we ask for again. You rocked Ruby!! ??
Food tasted a lot better than I was expecting. Our server was kind and thoughtful. I think they are doing the best they can with a limited staff.
I GOT A FULL RACK OF RIBS, THEY WERE VERY DRY I DIDN'T EAT BUT 1/2 THE RACK. THE LOADED BAKED POT. WAS GREAT FRIDED ONION RINGS OVER COOKED, MY WIDE HAD A STEAK IT WAS GOOD, MY MOM HAD 1/2 RACK RIBS TO DRY
Ordered Shrimp Scampi pasta tonight, hadn’t eaten ALL DAY, and even as hungry as I AM…..STILL, IT WAS THE WORST SCAMPI IVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!! As hungry as I was, hadn’t eaten All day, and it STILL TOTALLY SUCKED!!! The shrimp had a FISHY taste to it, the PRICE WAS SIMPLY RIDICULOUS, and some of the pasta was HARD AND STUCK TOGETHER!!! TOTALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR….EAT ELSEWHERE!!! This place has gone WAAAAAAAAY DOWN HILL!!!! NO EXCUSE FOR ANY OF THIS!!!!!
