In store experience was great. The young man helped me get the special offer I wanted. The food was tasty and hot. My order was correct. We will be back.
On quality of both food and service, Popeye's rarely fails to deliver and this experience was no exception. The kids and I were due for a pit stop on a long trek home and Popeye's was the unanimous request. The drive thru was busy but flowing, and we ended up having to wait a few minutes for fresh nuggets (a good problem to have), but we all got what we wanted with the utmost of courtesy and no shortage of convenience.I will close with the tiniest of quibbles though: we initially had hoped to eschew the drive thru lane in favor of a moment to stretch our legs and eat in the dining room, but it seemed this wasn't an option. While I certainly understand it given that we are in an ever fluctuating pandemic and everyplace is short-staffed, it would have been helpful if the state of things was clearly posted on the door.
My wife Marion Harris just got off the phone with an amazing lady Miss Rose. We are having family get together for the Super Bowl and she took the time to care about great customer service and being an all around sweet person. We were having a hard time finding chicken at the last minute and she took our order & made things super easy. These days it is so wonderful to find someone so kind. Thank you, she really made our day & we appreciate all the hard work.
I love Popeyes but this location needs work! Not sure if they need more workers or the ones they have just don't want to work. I ordered the boxed meal that comes with 2 sides, 2 pieces of chicken, 1 apple pie and a drink. Well the drive thru lady ask what 2 sides I wanted so I told her Masked Potatoes and Mac and cheese...I get about 10 minutes down the rd ( I live and hr from the location) and my husband looks in the bag and it's just fries and chicken. Get it together Popeyes!
Food is always delicious, especially the spicy chicken sandwich. The main problem is the speed of service. No matter if going through drive through our walking in, service is S.L.O.W.
So terrible customer service beans were all over the sides of container I had to ask her to please give me another container she was like I can wipe this one down never again will I come here chicken sandwich was flat. Terrible service
The drive-through was hampered by a staff member who talked too loud into the speaker. We politely said we couldn't understand one of her questions, so she responded by talking to us like we were children.The chicken was delicious, although the patty for the chicken sandwich was unusually small.They were out of Coke!
Store was understaffed, had to wait a few mins. But it was the best wait ever! Staff was great, food was perfect, dinner was awesome!
Food was great. Still a bit more expensive than i care for. 12 piece chicken nugget and they only gave us one sauce.
Generally reliable with your order, if you can get a fresh sandwich, definitely wait, it's worth it!Staff is always friendly.
