The thin crust pizza we got was too salty and was overcooked. We threw nearly the whole thing away. Frustrating as much as we paid for our order.
The digital information was way off. I received notification that my delivery would arrive in 25-35 minutes. It was actually 54 minutes. The pizza and cheesy breadsticks both had burned cheese all around the edges. Due to the time issue, the food arrived luke warm and needed to be reheated.
I ordered 1 pan pizza, one hand tossed, and an order of cinnamon sticks. Both pizzas were hand tossed, and the cinnamon sticks were hard as a brick. I live 20 minutes away and did not want to drive back.
The clean appearance in the work space, and the exceptional service from the manager Tina in your Mechanicsville Virginia store, was very friendly and professional and the order was made exactly the way I wanted it.
everything was good they were just busy at that particular time but the lady that brings the order to the car was very nice and definately doing her best to keep up, she was very nice and brought the order out as soon as possable.
The edges on the pizza and cheese bread was burnt so much that I had to cut it off before my daughter would eat it. And the biggest thing was I watched the guy cut pizza and handle food without wearing any type of gloves. He even came to the register and took my money, put it in the register, gave me my change, and food and went right back to handling food without wearing gloves. This is unsanitary at any time but especially during covid. I never saw his hands touch my food, but he sure touched others. ugg

I love there pizza and they aways deliver on time.
My pizza had little to no sauce, was burnt around the edges and toppings were minimal at best. One pizza was pepperoni and bacon with 2 pepperoni per slice and i saw 3 peices of bacon. Other pizza was double pepperoni some slices had 2 or 3 pepperoni and a couple slices had 4 pepperoni. Overall i ate 5 slices out of a 30.00 big box. Manager gave me a $5.00 credit but honestly it probably wont get used.
The ordering process was extremely easy and my order was right. It was ready when specified. The lady who gave me my order was extremely personable and professional.
