I called in a epic pizza at 928pm. they said 10 to 20 min. I arrived at 940, paid and they said 5 to 7 minutes. I got my pizza at 1020pm. other customers who called in came and got there pizza. at 1010 he said we're cutting it. at 1019 I said you said you were cutting it. he said oh sorry.. worst customer service ever... we will not return. I get if your busy, say so but empty promises and watching you wait on several others after me...just not good business
Papa John’s is usually my go-to for pizza. I’m new to the area and tried it at this location. It’s probably the worst I’ve had. The dough seemed flat or something and there was a lot of flour on it.
Customer service was horrible. 1 resister guy on phone taking order. Having trouble with that. The manager/ supervisor not doing much. She finally came over to help, she drop the f bomb. Meanwhile customer stacking up inside.If I could give 0 stars I would.

Gave me terrible diarrhea- with the Covid toilet paper shortage, this is no laughing matter. Wish their napkins were septic tank safe.
the manager was not nice my parents who are deaf ordered through an interpreter told them she wanted cheesesticks over and over and what we received was totally different I called and the manager said that is what they received on thier end And would not help out or anything just kept saying thats not what she heard

I placed an order online prior to closing only to receive a notification that my order had been cancelled which no info aa to why which was very disappointing. I took my order elsewhere.
The pizza tasted funny. I haven't ordered from any Papa John's in almost a year and this was very disappointing!!! ??? It was almost 1a.m. and the options of open restaurants was slim. I had just drove 25 minutes in the opposite direction of my house to go to Popeyes and once I arriveded they had already closed!!!
