Came in from the Interstate to eat and use the bathroom, after stopping, learned the dinning room was closed so I went across the street and ate at Chick-fil-A who was open to the public and had proper staffing. The sign said closed due to short staffing, how does Chick-fil-A find and keep staff? While there, 3 other cars came in and discovered the same thing and they all loaded up in there cars and left. I wonder how much business you are losing by locking out customers. You paid alot of money
Where to start? My order was wrong which was a quarter pounder with just mayo. How can you get that wrong? Went to take it back and was admonished by the guy mopping floors. Little kid slid and almost fell. Who mops floors at lunch time when it’s busy? Fries were like rubber and cold. My grandson had to use the ladies restroom because the same guy was now mopping the restrooms. Poorly managed.
Lines all the way to the street both lanes people parked waiting for orders ,don't understand with that much food being pushed out why are the fries greasy & cold and cheese is not melting in the cold burgers
The food was typical for a McDonald's. Nothing there to complain about. It was posted on the entry door that low staffing would require patrons to place orders via the kiosk. Newbies to this practice will likely be very aggravated by that. Otherwise, everything was fine.
It is really sad to say, but these employees are clearly not happy working there. With the exception of the older woman that they just hired, I am constantly met with nothing. Nothing. No smile - even when I smile and compliment them and thank them and tell them how much I appreciate them. Clearly the manager of this place is awful because if they treated their employees well the customers would notice. To all of you working there, I am so sorry if you are not being treated well in your job. You deserve better!
Friendly efficient staff. Properly put together burgers. An owner with enough business ability to keep eat in open.
So you go to McD's for their world famous French Fries (at least I do). But lately it's 50/50 on them. Needless to say I find myself on the worse half today -I didn't even bother to eat the 'bag fries'. Hey McD's, if not busy please drop the Fries fresh or cook less more often.Even worse, they run a promo on Chicken Nuggets (another go to for me) but replace their tried and true with a substandard product as old as my limp and tepid Fries. Very disappointing.
Went through drive thru. Service was good but food was not hot. French fries were barely warm...didnt notice until had driven off.
Mom and I went inside to order and eat. One of the many employees behind the counter said we must use the kiosk to order, then went back to chatting with the other employees. That was an interesting greeting.?! The instructions were a little confusing when trying to checkout /pay. Especially when asked to enter the "table tent number". Mom wanted to pay cash which wasn't an option of course. This was not a good experience for her so far. The process was not "older" user friendly, as she put it. The employee who called our order number when the food was ready, did not say hi, thank you, or ask if we needed anything. She just dropped the bag on the counter and walked away. I had to get the attention of another employee to ask for jelly. At least she was pleasant. One out of 3 employees. The food was hot and tasted good. The Customer Service was poor.
I was very disappointed this trip through Richmond and my favorite McDonald's in Virginia I had told my friend that this was the best McDonald's I've ever been to when we went inside the bathrooms were dirty the four and the entire establishment was sticky and the service was just minimal.
