Horrible experience. Ordered mobile curbside pickup through the app and waited 10 minutes and nobody came outside so I had to go inside and tell them I had a curbside mobile order, at that time they began to prepare the order, who knows how long I would have waited had I not went inside. The food was definitely not worth the hassle, fries were terrible, like they scrapped the bottom of the fry bin and gave me all of the broken bits and pieces and the burger was tasteless. Will never go to this location again.
Employee assaulted my wife at the table ripping placemat out from under her arm she just had surgery on . Said to her your not allowed these at the table being very rude . I went to counter she was rude and very descriminating to the older lady in front of me and both my wife and me . Then she left the counter wouldnot come back to register and not even the supervisor would come up totally uncalled for . I called main office of mcdonalds told her the situation if i should call police and put assault charges on the cashier that ripped the placemat from under my wifes arm . Never ever had such a bad experience and im a manager myself this was totally uncalled for . Mcdonalds said they would take care of the situation I took pictures and video . I do not recommend anyone go to mcdonalds off 360 in mechanicsville this occurred 10:30 on 25th . The supervisor and the cashier that i have photos of because they would not give names . Supervisor would not confront me at all . Both should be removed from their jobs . I will be taking this to the top

We have now been waiting over 30 minutes for a very simple breakfast order. This is absolutely ridiculous!
After 25 minutes waiting in carbide spot I had to go in and get my food. They were busy but some were not doing their job. Typically, service is good.
I think like most places they are short staffed and doing the best they can. No such thing as fast food anymore. Be prepared to wait longer than usual. As the saying goes, pack your patience.
Took 30 minutes to get food. Manager was very rude. Will go out of my way to avoid this location. I don't expect much from McDonald's, but this was bad.
If i could taste zero I would... My food was past fifteen minutes coming. The dirty guy came to the car asking what I ordered. He then said oh we are working on that order right there! Then five minutes later a woman brought the order to the car. I pulled off, opened the bag to eat. The order was cold and wrong! I called back numerous times. No answer!!! This was the second day I had gotten poor service and cold food!
I waited at the window for 15 minutes, no one took my order. I pulled up to the next window, the young lady came to the window. I informed her that no one has came to the speaker to take my order. She said we know, we doing shift change. We are not taking any orders until we finish changing shifts. As a customer, I have never heard anything like this before in my life. I will not be returning to this establishment.
Curbside states 5 minutes or less, I have tried on 3 separate occasions and it has taken up to 20 minutes for a happy meal. Only to get cold food and no straw. This location is terrible.
