The store in Mechanicsville va should be shut down. Always a problem ordering food. Either out of chicken or sides. Customer service gets a 1 of 10. Very poor.Went through the drive thru and the lady grunted when I went to place my order. Said 30 min wait. Really??? I’m done with this location.
I went through the drive-thru and ordered. I had a few questions and the person taking the order was rude, and after I ordered I could hear the person say “oh my God” in a rude tone. They didn’t even give me a receipt and when I asked for one I got a rude response. Whatever happened to customer service?
The store ran out of fried chicken. The person on the speaker was also very reluctant to give me that information. He sounded like he was embarrassed.
Called the KFC number and asked if they could have 4 chicken pot pies ready for me in an hour and the lady asked the manager and he said that they would be ready and when I went to pick up they said that no one had called and ordered and had a attitude . when I went out side to call the number they did not answer
Went through the drive through for 8 piece meal. Paid upcharge to sub 2 extra breasts. Got home and not only did we not get all 4 breasts, we were short 1 piece of chicken. Called and Noone answers.
Ordered 5 piece tenders and a Dr. Pepper.Got a 3 piece tenders and a Pepsi.Charged for 5 piece, rounded up my total even though I said not to. No receipt

The guy at the drive thru had his phone in his underwear waistband talking on the phone with earbuds… adjusted his pants and handed me my food.. was pretty grossed out
