First time ever going to this (pretty new) location and it will definitely be my last. My family and I had the rudest encounter with the employees. Starting with taking our order, the young lady was very impatient, whispering to her coworker about us, right in front of us. We couldn't hear what anyone was saying. They were all whispering when asking about our order and if we had a question, they made it seem like we were bothering them. Another young lady was clearly new and no idea what she was doing. She almost sent us home with a "sub in a tub" with no meat and she had our bag packed getting ready to send us out the door and we still have two sandwiches being cooked in the back. Extremely poor customer service. My one star is for their clean bathroom and that is about the only thing they had going for them.
Busy but staff was very efficient, tables were not cleaned by staff but you can only do so much when everyone is busy, very helpful staff

Their cutting down on the quantity of meat they put their hoagies and cheese steaks. Don’t think I’ll go there anymore. I was very dissatisfied with my last order. Just like everything else, you get less for your money. Shame on youJersey Mikes
I always order Tuna Fish on GF sub and it's delicious. The staff is always careful on handling my order to ensure it doesn't come into contact with wheat. I appreciate it!
Best Jersey Mike's that I have ever eaten at. Best subs in Mechanicsville.
We've eaten here several times and have always gotten a good sub. My favorite is the club supreme and my wife likes the chicken Philly.Sometimes it's hard to find parking in the evening because of big crowds at PBR.
New and clean, this Jersey Mike's had always gotten my order right. The subs here are awesome.
