Don’t waste your time at this location. We did a mobile order and they closed the inside so you have to wait in the ridiculously long drive thru line. This location is consistently the slowest dunks I’ve ever been to and they don’t seem to care/have made no improvements. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else it’s not worth it. Currently at >1 hour wait for our mobile order and still haven’t gotten our food. No way to cancel for a refund either. If they need to stay closed to ordering in the store then they should at least let online orders walk in to pick it up or don’t let the app allow pick up in store as an option.

Came here around 2:48 pm today is Thursday, may 5th 2022 and the girl taking my order in the drive thru starts giggling and using a tiny chirpy voice to ask me what I would like and then proceeds to tell me they don’t have decaf and their ovens broken so they can’t make any food right now and I could hear her laughing and she kept changing her voice to mess with me. I just want to get my food but honestly after this experience I’ll be going somewhere else where customers are treated better. She’s probably underage and thinks it’s funny but that’s how you lose business.

The service here is an atrocity. Not only are the unbelievably slow, we didn’t get one of our drinks. The one we got was 3/4 full. I am at a loss as to why EVERY time I go there it’s a problem. Someone PLEASE come fix this store. ??‍♀️

Very slow. The drive-thru took 10 minutes with only one car in front of me. Additionally, the employee at the window lack manners and did not help answer my question or problem solve. I pulled up to the window and the employee did not greet me she just stared. I said hello, she did not speak back and just ask what did I order. Once I told her, I asked how could I still earn points if I already paid online. She said she didn’t know and close the door.. I understand sometimes younger employees lack communication skills and the desire to work, but they should understand manners and ask for answers to provide customers with if they don’t know. This location should consider training focused on drive-tru etiquette and customer satisfaction. It may be a good idea to try Chick-fil-A’s coffee instead, they’re always quick and polite!!

Disappointed with soggy glazed donuts. Was going to bring to a class room and had to throw the bag away. Wasted money and time. This was my third time try at this location in four mos. This was definitely last time. Locating another bakery. ? Hope they listen to customers complaints. Such a good location to have a great business.

I have given this location MULTIPLE tries and unfortunately it is always more negative than positive. I placed a mobile order here over the weekend and when I went to go pick up my "in store pickup" the door was locked. There were probably 10 others waiting outside to see if maybe they would just open the door to simply grab our orders. There was no sign on the door or anything (which is pretty common at this location) the drive through line was wrapped all the way out to the kroger parking lot so I wasn't able to even wait in line to get to even grab my food. I wrote into customer service to get my money back and even the customer service didn't even seem to help. I finally had to call this morning to get my money back from food I never got. I am not sure who owns this location but it hasn't been good for years now. They are always closing early or shutting the lobby, I was extremely understanding all throughout COVID but now I see it's just because this location can't hire or keep people. It comes down to seriously poor management from a franchise owner. Needless to say I won't be back or tell anyone else about this location for the sake of their sanity and saving their money.

This is, BY FAR, the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to in my life. I DoorDash almost for a living, and I have never been to any chain store that is so incompetent and slow in my life. If you order from this store, be prepared to wait 30+ mins. Be prepared for your food to be cold, wrong, missing, our out of stock. Order at your own risk.

Worst coffee and donuts. Ordered 3 lemon,1 cream filled . I got 1custered 1 Boston cream 2 lemon. Sandwich we ordered out of cheddar cheese. The person who took the order was more concerned about texting than doing the job.

What a racist staff. After giving me black coffee with no cream when I ordered coffee with cream, the cashier refused within seconds of giving me the coffee to take the cup back as though my race mattered in her decision. Another white clerk not afraid of black people took the cup back and put the cream in it as ordered.

I’m typically not one to write a review, however, this problem has been quite consistent. Almost every time I order my usual stuffed bagel minis and hash browns they are frozen in the center. The workers there are as sweet as can be but I think management needs improvement for this location in particular. I’ve noticed that the quality of the coffee is inconsistent as well. Some times my drink is SUPER sweet and then sometimes it’s SUPER bland.
