This location is the best Dominos there is. The staff is awesome, delivery drivers are always courteous and make sure my order is correct before leaving my house, the food is always fresh and hot whether it's delivered or picked up. I've never had any food order messed up by them. The carry out deals are the best in the business. Keep up the good work.
I spent 87.00 on pizza Friday night it came over cooked burned on the ends it was like not cooked in the middle and tasted horrible . I had a issue a couple months ago and decided to try it once again from This store . But I will never again !!!!! Total disappointment
They don't deserve even a part of a star. 2 HOURS for delivery and the food was NOT fresh, crud quality, not correct, or worth eating. This location used to be decent. I don't know what happened. However, for the manager to give excuses for them being 2 hrs behind might matter if the food was even close to truly fresh. However, your establishment being under staffed is not the consumers fault. It is a bad situation. Lying to your customers is always a big no no. I called mad about the time and the manager said it had just come out of the oven. Oddly enough I didn't even leave my job in Richmond until the tracker said it was in the oven. I stopped and got gas, before getting to my Mechanicsville address. It was still on quality check 30 minutes later. Then he asked the driver to bring it straight to our house first. Nope, driver went to some location out in Pole Green area. Completely the other direction.Ordered 1 chicken bacon ranch sandwich with extra cheese. It came with what looks like No cheese and dry. Also barely luke warm. Ewww. That is ridiculous. Also, ordered a steak and cheese (dried out meat), parm. bites (didn't even feel warm), stuffed cheese bread (guess what not hot!?!), and 3 garlic dips (got 2).Highly recommend anywhere but here!
Had company. Embarrassed and disappointed. Thin. Either no topping or ?? Cardboard. Teeny. Disgusting ?. 40 bucks in the trash Have sent to others as gift, sympathy, illness etc and I am now wondering what they got. Employees were fine. Never again. ☹️☹️
If I could give a zero I would. This location used to be the best. Over the past year their service has taken a nose dive. If you get an order delivered within 2 hours you're lucky. Forget calling left on hold for 20 minutes at a time.
Is it that hard to put the garlic on the pizza? The last 3 times I’ve gotten pizza there they didn’t put any garlic on the crust…
Best pizza from a chain by far! Picked up the pizza and it was picture perfect! All the staff were super friendly and the store was spotless !
1st the drive only had half my order so she runs back and brings me cold food then the philly cheese steak sandwich and very little meat and my wings had no sauce i posted photos of this on line for friends to see

Ordered an earned free pizza, they called to say it would be 1.5hrs before they could process order. I told them to cancel and refund my free pizza for another day. They cancelled and I lost my free pizza. Called again tonight and waited on phone for over 15 mins before I gave up and went to Mod Pizza. There’s too many good choices to put up with bad service. Just close if you can’t serve people properly. Don’t blame Covid19 Chik-fil-a seems to have no trouble hiring and serving customers just fine.
