The prices have gone beyond high. Two medium sized blizzards shouldn’t cost $13.35. That’s rediculous. I can get a milkshake across the street from them for less than $4. So I left and went across the road. Saved myself $5 and change. They will go out of business with these prices.
So painfully slow. Only one person working, a line out the door, and a tiny space absolutely filled with disgruntled people. Hardly any outdoor seating except for two uncovered benches baking in the hot sun.We felt so bad for the solitary person working who was doing a great job despite circumstances. Stopped here on the way home bc the kiddos wanted ice cream. Won't ever make that same mistake twice.
I don't know if it was because one person was on staff but she fixed me the sloppiest strawberry sundae yesterday.I had to pour half the strawberry stuff out because I refuse to put it in my car because I know it was just going to make a mess. I don't usually have this experience there but will not let her make anything else for me.
I was there at 8pm and ordered for three people. There was no wait. Staff was friendly and helpful, my order was prepared correctly and quickly, and we had a special request that was happily accommodated.
It's always a surrealist nightmare in this specific DQ. Service is v slow (they're probably understaffed?) and the customers are also usually kind of difficult-- lots of old people with expired coupons who do not understand. They usually get the order wrong too ?
Employees have attitudes and ice cream started melting immediately due to temp inside.
Highly unprofessional! Workers refused to serve us and turned their backs on us an hour before closing.
