Our waitress was excellent and the food was delicious!
We usually enjoy our meal and have great service. However, tonight was different. We arrived later in the evening and ordered our meal and water to drink. Our food arrived and no biscuits. The waitress informed us they stop making them at 9:30. It was 9:10 and we had been there since 8:45. My husband and sons gravy was lumpy. Informed they were out of corn and forgot his okra. My blueberry pancakes had been microwaved and tough. Had to ask multiple times for water refills. Oh well we thought it was late. As we were walking to pay another waitress walks out with a platter of biscuits! Askew to speak with the manager who was more interested in his friends in the parking lot. Took off my pancakes from the bill with no apology! Another waitress came out and offered us biscuits to go. Worst service and meal!!
Happy Mothers Day. My wife was told that our wait would be 1 hour and she requested to be notified via text or phone call. We went in after the 50 minute mark. When an hour arrived, she was told by both a male and female hostess her name had been called and a message was sent to her. However she showed them on the phone that nothing was recieved. Approximately 5 to 10 minutes later we were seated. The waitress we had did a phenomenal job!

Meh it was not all that. My Scrambled Eggs with Cheese looked like it was cooked last year. The second ones were great but the rest of my food got cold. Don’t serve people eggs that were cooked last year and dry like the road. The staff was ok. Need to smile more.
Haven't been to Cracker Barrel in a long time. Just as I remembered it. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
Food was great as always. Restrooms however leave something to be desired. My dinner guest went to the mens room and found no toilet seat in the handicap stall. Male cashier shrugged and said it’s been that way for awhile. Makes one wonder what else is in disrepair behind the scene.
Ordered online today. The mashed potatoes were so lumpy and dry and didn't come with any gravy. The hamburger steak was well seasoned but again, didn't have any gravy or toppings and was incredibly dry. The dumplings were good once I heated them up. They came cold and congealed, I could stab my fork into them and pick the whole pile up. Will not be getting food here again.
This place has always been a go to with breakfast. But I noticed that the 2 of my favorite breakfast meals (Sunrise sampler and Country Boy breakfast) are no longer available there for a while now. That hurts. I don't know if it's just this location or all over but I will come back when they bring those back.
My family and I enjoyed our brunch at Cracker Barrel. Our waitress Ms.Shae was friendly, helpful, and an excellent part of our brunch experience. The food was yummy per usual, busy however the ambiance was nice. Enjoyed the fireplace and the lamps on our table.With everything happening in the world with the service industry it's a wonderful feeling to have brunch with your family and be treated with top-notch hospitality.
