We had no issues with the food or the service, inn fact the cashier was very helpful with helping with my app. However, this place was a mess, every table needed attention and the garbage was ?. They had a help wanted sign. Maybe to get someone to take the trash out.

Can I give the Mechanicsville location a huge 0 (zero)? Been here several times - weekdays/nights and weekends. The tables and food station are a mess. Service is incredibly slow - like snail pace. How about greeting a customer? Sloppy bowl and burrito packing, even though they are slow, like zombies. Guacamole slopped on the outside of the dishes. The employees seem miserable, blank.Gave this location a few chances - I give up.

Drove 25 minutes to have dinner at Chipotle, first time in a while having it. 5:30p not busy at all for dinner rush time but were they are out of nearly all proteins and pinto beans. I said id wait until they restock, waited 10 min and nobody made moves to restock those items, no communication in kitchen or leader/manager. Left without dinner and staff seemed irritated that I wasnt satisfied with what was left.

Never got to pay for ordered food! Waited 30 minutes just to get to the counter to order. Was told they were out of white rice, 1st thing, then they were out of steak, and no guacamole. My BF was in front of me and got the chicken, and was able to get his food, but I was still waiting for the steak, which I was told would only take another minute. Waited another 20 minutes. Boyfriend asked for chips and queso. He got the thing of queso and the employee told him to wait till my food was ready and pay to get the chips off the warmer. Well by the time my food was ready they told us the chips were for take out only and flat out refuse to let us buy a bag of chips. So we walked out after both of our food was ready and BF cold by that point. How can a business cater to online and call in orders more than the customers who took the time to come to the store for the experience to order in person and then be refuted food that was ordered?? RIDICULOUS!!!! Worst Chipotle store I have ever been to! ????

I ordered carnitas, beans, guacamole, romaine lettuce. I also ordered chips and guacamole. I was missing the romaine lettuce and guacamole on my burrito, and missing the guacamole for my chips. I also used all my points for order and this was the outcome. Guacamole is always an extra charge, so to see that I spent extra and received none of it was very disappointing. This was a delivery order. If an order can't be fulfilled why not notify me or something?Don’t get me wrong I like Chipotle but this was very disappointing.

The worst Chipotle I have been to. Rarely leave reviews. 3/3 bad experience. 1. Ordered through app to arrive and store was closed. 2. Came in to very inappropriate and rude employee behavior while trying to order. 3. Just recently tried again. Ordered a quesadilla through the app to arrive to sign on the door saying they were out of multiple things to include cheese. My order was on the shelf. They had given me a box with a side of chicken, corn and rice in it. No tortilla or other sides of course and no notification.

I feel generous giving this location one star. If they could EVER get their act together at this location, my family would probably eat there 2-3 times a week. I would honestly say that on the probably 20 times we have been there they have only been satisfactory 10% of the time. They are often out of multiple items, get our order wrong or have obnoxious employees who clearly do not care to be there. I know times are tough and good help is hard to find, but most of the other Chipotle’s are way more consistent. I have emailed and called begging them to address this location and work on improving it several times, but it doesn’t seem to do any good. Very disappointing!

Great food. Service can be hit or miss. Staff was very friendly on the day we visited. Not always well staffed. Wished the portion size was better. Have visited other Chipotle locations where you get more for your money.

I don't know that I've ever left a google review, but this needs to be said...1st experience was a to go order that was entirely incorrect, no gauc, no veggies, no mild salsa, and the serving of chicken was not a serving.I decided to give them another chance and stopped in to order in person. Walked in and trash can was over flowing and going up the glass window. Made it to the line and dirty dishes were piled up above their heads on the middle island where an employee was slicing up meat. They were still out of veggies and did not give a normal serving of chicken. They had about 8-10 people working. 2 were standing to the side doing nothing when they could have been washing dishes or cleaning up the trash area. 2 on the line and 2 cooking. Not sure what 2 were doing in the back.I worked in the restaurant industry for years and I was just shocked at the lack of management, poor customer service, and cleanliness of the restaurant. I know this is not normal for chipotles.

This place is a lawsuit wanting to happen. Messy and dirty. Out of cheese??? Ordered through app and still waited 30 minutes. HORRIBLE!!! I’m contact them Virginia Department of Health. They need a surprise inspection. All the BS on website about safety protocols are a joke. Moe’s need to open back up.
