I am a frequent visitor to this location. I can say, without a doubt that the employees work harder than any other fast food chain I’ve seen. If I could give 7 stars, trust me I would.I ask for specific changes to my meals and fruit cups. Without a second thought, they always make it happen.The mix of younger and older staff makes it feel like a family. Such an amazing location. Keep it up guys. Also y’all deserve a raise.
It is what it is. This specific location seems pretty slow compared to others. Also, always check your order as it is wrong 50% of the time. Minor details to be sure like no ice and you get ice half the time or have a dairy allergy and they still put cheese on your food half the time. Not the best attention to detail even though the order is on the receipt. I guess when you have this many customers, you don't have to have the best service.
My order was correct on the receipt, but sandwich was wrong. They replaced my sandwich, but it was very transactional. Like they were all very versed in how they handled order mess ups. I don't think I've had my order incorrect at a Chick-fil-A in 12 years, but I certainly do recall that it was a bigger deal at that location, like they expected to get orders correct. This location was like "where's the messed up sandwich?" and "here you go" I would have expected at least a sorry. My family and I will continue to eat Chick-fil-A, I think I'll be skipping this location in the future.
It's Chick-fil-A, avoid from noon until 2 because this location in particular seems to attract folks who don't know the menu or what they want. And they always seem to show up at lunch time in the middle of the lunch rush.
Driving home from Florida. Got gas then stopped at the drive thru. Two issues. There is no menu before you get to the service rep who takes your order. Second, no obvious quality control as I ordered a 4 piece tender meal. I received 3 tenders and a small nugget. I also received NO fries. Of course I was several miles up the road so couldnt go back. Almost $10. for a poorly executed meal.
I have visited this Chick-fil-a location twice. Once for breakfast. Once for lunch. Slowest Chick-fil-a ever visited. Everything else up to par for Chick-fil-A but the wait is twice or more as long as any other Chick-fil-A and with half the traffic of most. Twice have waited 20-30 minutes with a total of 12 cars ahead of me. Will give them another try in a few months, but not worth stopping during road trips because of loss of time waiting currently.
The drive thru is super quick but they do have food sitting longer than I like. When your bread is dry instead of soft and the food is room temperature it needs to be thrown away. I'm paying for a hot meal. I don't expect a five star meal but fresh is good
Efficient. A bit pricey is the only thing. Lines can be long but use the App and get your points and speeds up drive thru or use pick up or curbside. Ready for some new menu items
Whoever is responsible for the big fluffy delicious biscuits, please give them a raise + a good job pat on the back! Never disappoints!!
