Horrible experience today. I was told to pull my car around when I got to the window and someone would bring my food out. I’ve been asked to do that before and that’s not the problem. When the gentleman finally brought out our food my daughter realized the fries were cold. I asked him about the wait and if they had any coupons or something and he just told me to call the store and talk to a manager. We left and were out of the parking lot at this time, so I turned back around because this is my daughters favorite restaurant and proceeded inside. We had to wait again in line and I spoke with an employee at the counter and explained the situation. By the this time I’ve been at Chick-fil-A for 35 minutes. She offered to get us new fries and I told her I would like new chicken as well since we had to wait in line again and our chicken would be dead just like our fries. She then asked me to step to the side and a manager came out. I explained the situation to her and expressed why they should comp our meal. It had been 45 minutes by now. The response from the manager (shift lead) was that she would remake our food. I was not pleased with the 45 minute experience at chic fil a. Very disappointed in the way they handled the situation. Not worth the wait.
This is a convenient Chick-fil-a location located just off Highway 295 near Richmond, VA. It is not visible from the Highway or even the exit but signs exist to help drivers navigate to the restaurant. We arrived at this location a little after 12:30 pm on a Saturday and the drive thru line extended into the surface street. The place was packed. The line moved fairly quickly. We ordered a number of items and they were all hot and tasty. The meal we ordered with fries and a drink came out without fries. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they quickly brought fries out to us.This is a pretty decent location with fast and friendly service.
Line was long, and a bit slow, but that's to be expected of a meal rush time on a work day. The wait is worth it tho. My only complaint is that I'm not always understood when I say a LOT of ketchup and chik-fil-a sauce. Other than that, service is great, workers are polite. Parking lot can be a bit overwhelming for the first time during a meal rush, but easy to navigate after the first time.
The food is great, the service is fast, and the people working there are always very kind.
Spicy chicken sandwich was hot and fresh, although a little greasy making the bun messy. The staff gave me a cup of water for my dog who was traveling with me! Much appreciated!!! Was disappointed not to find a receipt in my bag. But, all in all, a great chicken sandwich and fabulous service.
This chick fil a is good enough, the food is great as always, the service is excellent as always, and there are no compromises to quality. The only reason for 4 stars is the management of the building itself, with need of upkeeping the bathrooms and minor inconveniences. I've seen better chick fil a's making this only a four star, but don't get me wrong you will receive the same tried and true chick fil a experience here with exceptional service.
Delicious as always, you can always count on Chick-fil-A for consistency. We were there at lunch time and it was pretty crazy, a line of cars out into the main road... We had our motorhome and parked in taco bell and walked over to get a carry out order. It's the most hot and crispy when they are busy so no worries. I was satisfied with the speed despite the number of customers I got my order and was back in the motorhome in about 10 minutes.
Chick fil-a is always top notch with great food and great service at all times. Wish other fast food joints would take notes on how to get it done!
You can't beat ChicFila for constantly providing good food and great service in a clean and pleasant atmosphere. It's the fast food that all others aspire to be like!
Never do I get a bad experience from this chic a fila . Fast and never cold food . Great job
