We love going to Chen’s! Such a friendly staff & great tasting food. We live out of state now, but always make sure to visit Chen’s when we’re in town.
Our takeout was supposed to be ready around 5:15 and I waited outside until 6:05 or later. It didn’t seem overly busy either. We called it in and had a twenty minute drive and our order was only 2 chicken entrees and spring rolls.
This place has gone down hill over the years. Used to be great and fast. Now they are consistently very slow, It takes at least 45 minutes to get your order. Add to it the food is mediocre at best it just is not worth it anymore.
We had a lovely takeout meal tonight. They are especially great at tofu and vegetarian options. It is always a go to for our family.
The lady working here is rude and don’t know how to treat people. They food quality is not good at all and these my last time ordering food from here.
I'm a delivery driver. So, I was there to pick-up a delivery. It took way too long. I waited 30 minutes, people were coming in to pickup their orders and I was still sitting there waiting on an order that was supposed to have been ready for pickup. Not enough help in the restaurant period.
Ordered from door dash, waited 1.5 hours just to have the order cancelled. Ordered from them for years with no problem. Best Chinese food in the area. Disappointed with service the last couple of orders from them.
Very disappointed that my husband and I have tried three different nights to call and order food from them and no one answers the phone for a good 30 minutes. We don't trust to order online when no one answers the phone and we don't even know if they're open. I don't know if the two phone numbers they have listed aren't good anymore or what, but it's very unprofessional to not pick up the phone for almost a whole hour.
A little expensive but you get a lot of food.
We tried 2 weeks to eat there. The first time we had to wait for waitress to come to work. They open at 11:00 amBut waitress doesn’t come until 12:00. We waited 30 minFor service then waited 30 min more to receive food.We tried again today and no one was there to greet customers . There was a woman at counter waiting toSpeak to someone , but they never came into dining area.She left without seeing anyone . We waited 15 min andStill no one came into dining area. We left and went to another resteraunt. We will not return to Chen’s. We have another place that’s perfect.
