This BK has really gone downhill over the past few years. Orders are typically not correct, stale or cold. Wanted a Rodeo Cheeseburger, so thought I would run by and give another shot. Tried to order the jalapenos poppers they were out, then tried to order a shake and the machine was not working, so just ordered a Rodeo Cheeseburger. Have attached a photo of my order, no cheese, which I paid extra for. Very simple, ticket says Cheeseburger, don't understand how orders are constantly wrong. If you go, make sure you open up everything before you leave to see if it's right.
Went there for lunch, we got a whopper no onion no cheese when I received it the tomatoes was the size of a pickle, the pickle wasn’t even on it, and there was a piece of lettuce the size of my pinky on it no mayonnaise, nothing like the menu picture. I’ve been there many times before and their hamburgers was always perfect and looked almost exactly like the menu. The worker there didn’t know how to ring me up when I gave him my debit card, he didn’t have a mask on, plus he got my order mixed up at first, we were there 45 minutes waiting. If I didn’t already pay for it I would have left. That whopper was not worth the wait. I won’t be going back there for a while…. when I want a hamburger I’ll go to Applebee’s or make it myself.
We used to go to this BK all the time but lately every time we arrive they ask us to go inside to order. Kind of defeats the purpose of a drive-thru if you have to go in every time. And a major inconvenience when you have an infant in the car. They say it is because of staffing shortages but the last few times there were 6-7 employees with most standing around while 2 people did all the work. I don't think we'll be visiting here until at the very least they start operating the drive-thru again.

Pretty sure burger king opens at 7am….in the drive Thur at 7:53 am and no one is taking orders and doesn’t look like anyone is in the building. I hate getting excited for breakfast just go find out I can’t have it because employee are late. Get a better staff here
I like this Burger King. It's clean and the crew is really niceUpdate....After they changed the management there the service get really horrible. I ordered my food on the app and choose drive through for pickup option. When I went there they informed me that they don't have onion rings and I have to contact Burger King from the app for refund because they can't do anything about it. Than they told me to go to the window. When I went there they told me that I have to go around the building and stop there and they will bring my food outside on the parking lot. I asked them what is the reason for that if I choose the drive thru. They said because if someone come after me I will be blocking the line. I told them that no one is behind me. I was the only customer there. I moved to the parking lot. After the manager brought my food I told him that was my last time taking food from his restaurant. For the first time I saw a manager to don't care that he is loosing customer. I don't know his name but he is the store manager in this location and if he is still there this place will loose more customers. They already lost a lot of business after Chick fil a open next door.
I don't get to eat here too often, but this site selection (Bacon Double Whopper with cheese)was not just good ? it was GREAT! Not over cooked, but fixed as if I had made it. WOW! Fries were cooked just right too. They were so good, I ate them before getting home...that's unusual, because I normally would toss any such out, but tonight order was absolutely Fantastic ? ?! The staff is commended for doing an outstanding job in food preparation. I am a satisfied customer!?
I'm honestly not a burger person. However tonight I had a craving and boy am I happy I did. I got the Big King double and WOW. I'm blown away. It has the perfect everything. Every bite from the first to the last was phenomenal! Flavor packed.I highly recommend. Try it for yourself.
Food was good and the people working the window were nice.
Left establishment after 15 minutes standing at counter awaiting service. Confused and disorganized business
