The manager, who was also covering drive-thru, was very rude and unprofessional! She continuously cut us off when trying to place the order. Then when calling to complain she answers the phone, represents herself as the manager, and then CONTINUES to cut me off while justifying her behavior. Then i asked to speak to another manager, who then gets on the phone with a nonchalant attitude. There was no apologizing or explanation! DO BETTER! I WON'T BE BACK!!!
I tried to order food and was constantly interrupt four times by the person who's taking my order then call to tell the manager and it end up being the manager wow so professional!
Front line not wearing gloves when handling fries or onion rings. Touched hair, then proceeded to continue serving food. Burger King has really gone down hill. Will not be back.
