I have ate at other locations and this is one of the worst.The wait was an hour for the food. Clearly, the boh manager isn't very good or either the cooks are constantly messing up orders. They are immensely understaffed with only 2 servers which is great for tips but bad for customer satisfaction with impossible expectations leading to slow service. The foh manager should be assisting more! The waitresses were nice however and clearly work hard! The food was late and didn't meet expectations unfortunately. ?
Great wings as usual. BOGO Tuesdays for traditional wings! My favorite is to order all flats, extra wet. It did take extra long to get the wings this trip, but they were pretty busy, so I settled for an extra beer.
Although the location was good and the server Mariah was excellent the wings here were very disappointing. It is called Buffalo wild wings and yet the wings failed miserably. They were overcooked and very small. I didn't think you could buy them that small. When you're paying a premium price for wings you should be able to get decent sized wings. We also had the potato wedges which were great. I think it's sad that a place that has the name wings in it failed so miserably on their wings.
Staff is unknowledgeable of state laws. Tried calling to ask if they had PBR on tap since they had run out since my last visit. I was told they can't tell me what beer they have on tap overt the phone because ABC laws. That was a lie and other locations confirmedBar staff is friendly and always great to deal with.Men's bathroom is awful, I think they clean it once a month and half the the equipment is broken.Floor and carpet is nasty.Food is inconsistent in portion size and quality.Clearly the franchisee doesn't care and the location quality and employee training reflects their lack of commitment to the business and brand. Save yourself the headache and go to another location.
The boneless chicken we ordered had way too much sauce and the bone in wings were nothing but bones.. overall dissatisfied with food quality and taste was disgusting.. the fries were cold.. we waited for 45 mins to get out take out.. extremely expensive for the small amount of food ordered.. would not recommend or return
Overall the food was great, staff were friendly and kind. The place was clean, wish more staff wore masks, and too many people inside for my personal preferences during the pandemic but they were by no means packed (I ordered takeaway).The only reason for the 3 star review is that I called in my order at 2:30PM for a pick up at 4:50pm, I showed up about 4:45PM fully expecting to wait a little bit. I did not end up getting my food until about 5:30-5:35PM.I am not by any means upset, but as a large restaurant they should have been able to plan better so that I didn't have to wait 40ish minutes for an order they knew to have ready at a certain time for over an hour and a half. From my takeaway while trying to pick up, my order wasn't even placed to be made until I came in to pay.Recommendation is to order online as opposed to call in, maybe this guarantees it'll be done at a certain time, however I couldn't do to payment method.
(Used door dash ) the fact that my food was not covered , as in a sticker to show my boxes harden been open sickens me with all the sickness that’s going on right now you choice not to protect my food with some way of letting me know my food wasn’t tampered with . And maybe even having my boxes sealed closed would have kept my food from being so cold ( the driver came Straight here ,7min tops away). Very disappointed.
Worst service at the register. Server neglected to read back the order even when I asked several questions she still messed up the order. Then management was dismissive and rude as if I was the person who made the error. Did I mention this was my 1st time going.... also my last. Poor service and bad attitudes.
We went for dinner Saturday evening and they had a good ratio of servers to customers, however our server was more interested in chatting with the other servers than tending to her job, order was taken fairly quickly, but took about an hour to recieve our food. There was nothing special about the food and was what the expectation was for the resturaunt. Price was resonable but overall being there 2.25 Hours just for dinner for me it wasn't worth it.
Food is good, customer service could use some work. Did a phone order, was told 45 minutes…no big deal. But waited another 35 minutes for the order. Every new batch of order that came out, I was told mine would be next 3 times. When they finally gave it to me, they said my name was so common they must have given it to someone else. No attempt to apologize or comp for the inconvenience.
