This place is such a sham. We have tried and tried to give this place a chance but we are always let down. Between pulling up, being asked for our order and then they decide to close without taking our order. But tonight we ordered 3 different sundaes and there might have been 2 scoops between the three of them. $20 for 3 sundaes with less than a scoop of ice cream and all whip cream. Won't spend a dime more here.
I normally love this place but lately it's been going down hill with teenagers working there with no supervision. They left out icecream on the counter so when we got the ice cream it was melted and none of the toppings was on it that we asked for. While waiting for the ice cream they were throwing cups at each other and grabbing each other. They couldn't remember our order and proceeded to keep asking even though we saw it on the counter. They need to get there act together.
Nice mix of ice cream and toppings. They have a drive thru which is really the reason I chose them.
Sweet tooth craving? Check! Real is right! After dinner we came here for a small treat. I got the mini scoop of butter pecan and hubby chose the death by chocolate. This is delicious ice cream! The butter pecan was packed with pecan halves, slightly salty and no broken bits or pieces. I was surprised at how many pecans were in their size small serving! They blended perfectly with the buttery sweetness of the ice cream. It almost tasted like gelato, it was so fresh. This is a far cry from supermarket brands, no, this is supreme ice cream! Made in-house with real ingredients! We got a generous scoop for $3.99! (The founder, Bruce Reed, put the Bruce in Bruster’s, and he’s been scooping up customers since 1989!)Not only do they have many flavors of ice cream to chose from, but they also serve sundaes, shakes, sorbets, ice cream cakes, banana splits, waffle cones, and other cool treats! They even have “pup” cream for your furry friends!There was a drive thru which is super convenient, but we just walked up to the window and we’re assisted by a pleasant girl who was personable and served us quickly! They hire many students, which is great for the community and giving younger ones the opportunity to learn a business and get in the workforce! Here’s a tip, tip! We walked around the back of this ice cream haven and sat down on one of the several outdoor tables. A perfect ending to our evening!
Peanut butter cup sundae is epic. I like the chocolate coconut almond ice cream if I'm in the mood for a scoop.
I love Brewsters. Their ice cream is so good and fresh. They always delight. Great friendly service and gotta love a coupon!
Ice cream was very good, but the employee that helped me had a horrible migraine headache but was told she couldn't go home.
Always great icecream and great service. The selection is pretty good, but I do think some toppings should not be as expensive, and kids choices should be less expensive as well. A loyalty card would be nice as well. Still would recommend coming here no matter the time of year.
Had butter peacan ice cream today and had 4 peacans in a large cone never happen before & wife had two scoops with 1 peacan why? Bad batch of mixing I need another cone with a better mixture.
Great ice cream and great people but the managers will NEVER make any no sugar added ice cream like the other locations in the city. I've asked on 4 different occasions over the last year and they just won't make sugar free/ no sugar added ice cream.
